Bought this product to connect directly to our reverse osmosis system so we could stop using a water cooler with bottled water. We are now using both because the unit only chills a small amount of water and the water cooler with bottles is much colder. I haven't been able to find a better alternative to this unit.

Easy to set up and use
Bought this for my wife, she is finding it to be extremely beneficial for her health.
Bought this product to connect directly to our reverse osmosis system so we could stop using a water cooler with bottled water. We are now using both because the unit only chills a small amount of water and the water cooler with bottles is much colder. I haven't been able to find a better alternative to this unit.
This is a first time with Jashanmal and with this equipment. I am looking for warranty papers? How l will get?

I bought this water purifier about 6 months back. Now searching for and UV light. Its not easily available in market and not even with authorised service partner. When selling a product please also make sure that the spares are also made available for the ease of customers. I do not recommend this product.
This product has not worked from moment of installation

The device worked well for 6 months. But then the device had a LED indicator, which shows that the UV lamp must be replaced. However a new UV lamp did not solve the problem. I sent the device for repair once and Jashanmal tried to repair it. But it was repaired and the error remained. Electrolux did not support as well, because they use Jashanmal for repairs. After a failed attempt of repair I sent it for repair again, the service did not manage to fix it. Because the device was out of warranty after two failed repairs I must throw out the device just after 6 months of use. Poor quality and poor support in UAE by Electrolux, Jashanmal and Noon, where the device was bought.
