I love watching people chop up and arrange samples on a little box, turning snippets of sound into some full and complete world. Unfortunately, I can't do that. I keep trying, but I'm just not sure that's my core competency. No worries, what I found out was that the thing I eventually liked most about this little box was that it can become a brain to sequence other synths over MIDI with that excellent Elektron sequencer. Six channels! Or five and you use one channel as a drum track. It's crazy powerful, in a very unassuming package. I've got the original box for this (though it got very taped up at some point in its life, so its not pretty), along with the original stickers -- unused! I also have a myVolts cable for using any standard USB charger or battery pack with the wacky small barrel plug they put on it, along with the original wall-wart adapter.
