This is a lovely eye make up remover, received it as part of the Bedtime Routine set. No stinging and easily removes mascara. Word of warning don't drop the bottle on a tiled floor! I dropped mine on my bathroom tiles and the bottom cracked, wasting the product all over the floor! Very disappointing that the plastic bottle is so brittle that it cracks so easily. Expensive accident!

Whilst this oil based eye make-up remover does indeed remove your mascara, eyeliner and eye lid colour. It takes a bit of work and, I felt, was not as effective nor as efficient as others. It leaves an oily residue which needed washing after. I would not replace it once I have finished using it if I am honest although others might prefer this.

Whilst this is a good product, it is pricey. The bottle is part oil and part liquid and therefore needs a good shake prior to depositing onto a cotton pad. It does remove makeup and requires little effort to work.I have mature eyes and wear eye liner and eye shadow plus a standard mascara which is not waterproof. I put a few drops of the product onto a cotton pad and wipe it across my eyes. It takes a few goes to remove the liner and mascara but it does indeed come off with some work.I think this product is OK but it is not better than others offering the same outcome but at a cheaper price.
So happy that I found this gentle and non-irritating product. I use a dampened cotton round to apply this makeup remover and follow it with a wipe from a dry tissue. It works great and more importantly it is very gentle and non-irritating to the eye area. I do repeat to remove the kohl type eyeliner that I use. I do not wear mascara since it irritates my eyes.

Heard good things about this brand recently and was looking to switch to safer products for my current pregnancy, so decided to make the switch to this from my beloved make up for ever sens’eyes eye makeup remover (that I’ve used for years). Used Elemis eye makeup remover for the first time tonight - wow!! Wasn’t expecting much because I’ve disliked the biphase removers for so long (they leave oily residue and still makeup reside left behind). But this is amazing!! The great reviews were warranted. Haven’t tried this on my super waterproof Japanese mascaras yet, but it did well removing all my eye makeup and leaving my eyes feeling really soft and smooth. Barely any oily feelings that I detest. Despite trying many other named brands , this is definitely the one that outshines all the rest. It's a must have in the makeup bag and is gentle on sensitive eyes and lips. Whilst it's worth swapping other moisturizers etc from time to time , this is one that I would never substitute.If you've never tried it I would say give it a go , you won't be disappointed. Good for contact lenses wearers too.
My favourite eye make-up remover. I have constantly repurchased for a few years now as it removes every trace of eye make-up without irritating my eyes, and doesn't dry the delicate eye area. It's a little more expensive than others I have used but I use less of this as don't have to use it again the next morning to remove further traces of mascara - this is what normally happens with other brands. Please never discontinue this Elemis!

this is a very gentle cosmetic for removing eye makeup. Butyou must remember to shake the bottle before using it.use a cotton pad and just slowly move across the eyelid then the eye lashes.it might seem expensive, but it only needs a small amount and lasts a long time,and does not dry the skin
