Eleven Australia Hydrate My Hair Moisture Conditioner - 300ml

I cannot stress how AMAZING this conditioner is! The brand in general is just out of this world. Prices are much better than other haircare brands I've tried and I began seeing results of more shine and hydration and less frizz after the very first wash. My sister recommended this brand to me, I took a quick hair quiz on their site and placed an order. I will likely use ELEVEN hair products forever. Truly, if you are looking for a sign to buy these, this is it. xx

for how much this product costs and it being a higher end brand you’d think it would be good and hydrating but the conditioner is just very average. not bad but doesn’t really give any extra conditioning or oils or anything really and leaves my hair wanting more. the shampoo is also pretty average not really drying just again no extra ingredients to hydrate the hair like the product claims. definitely not worth the price you can find other products that give you so many more benefits than this does.

The hydrate my hair conditioner really does what it entails, hydrates! When I am in the shower, my hair gets pretty knotty and tangled, and it leaves my hair very rough when I get out the shower. When I purchased this condition through my salon, it changed my shower life for good. Not only does it have an amazing scent, one run through of the conditioner through my hair and those knots disappear!! It has left my hair so silky and smooth, and I have repurchased many times.

I received this product in travel size minis for the holidays. I work for a hair salon and eleven is a primary product they use and sell. Quality meets expectations of a high quality product. No problems with use. In the end I was seeking a product that offered even more hydration. I did use this product in the winter however. Scent of the product reminded me of bananas? I’d consider repurchasing. Probably would repurchase another product over this but I think if I needed something reliable and familiar I would repurchase. I have thick hair so I could see how for someone with thinner strands this product could be enough hydration but I need a little more hydration.

I will admit this product isn’t a bad price for a salon brand but it was awful! My hair felt drier and more like straw after using this product not to mention the knots and tangles in my hair after using it. It smells nice but made a mess of my hair. I always brush my hair before washing it to help get rid of any tangles ahead of time and this shampoo and conditioner created a tangled disaster in my hair. I definitely will not be purchasing the hydrate my hair products again.

11 Hydrating shampoo great for even fine hair !

Great hydrating shampoo even for fine hair and sensitive scalp. I have psoriasis and it hasn’t aggravated it too badly. Other shampoos are better for scalp but really take a toll on the hair. I have super fine hair so I was worried that this would weigh it down but I use a lighter conditioner and it works really well. Has helped with frizz too- so good! I also use the 11 leave in treatment. Good value for $ just wish you could buy a pack and mix products even better value .also reusable packaging would be better. It’s something that I’m really wanting to find in a brand. Any suggestions about brands that offer this please let me know!

The springs are not actually attached to the end caps, which is good and bad I guess. The good is that if you're using them under a lighter component you can remove some of the springs. The bad is that if you're trying to position something heavy on them, they can easily tip over, the caps come off, and springs go everywhere. I have ordered three sets of these and one of the three showed up with 3 pieces instead of four. There are big holes in the packaging where each spring should fit. How you could ship out a box with one of the springs missing is beyond me. When I tried to get the 4th spring, instead of just sending me one, they made me do a return. Shipping was by UPS, and the closest UPS store to me is almost an hour away round trip. I won't be ordering a replacement set. I suggest spending more on a better quality product like ISO Pucks.

Amazing

Tried a sample and had to get the full size, but considered it a gamble to order from a company I'd never heard of. Happy to report no concerns. This is the real deal and shipped so quickly. Smells great and leaves hair moisturized. I've noticed a significant reduction in hair fall out during washing since switching to this. Also sulfate-free is a must for colored hair.

Eleven products - hit and miss

It’s hit and miss with Eleven. Sometimes the shampoo has an acrid smell and I can’t wait to finish the bottle. Other times it’s fairly normal. The conditioner never stinks like the shampoo, but sometimes it’s so thick it doesn’t want to leave the bottle and other times, when it’s of a thin consistency, it just doesn’t moisturise the hair at all.

Not ideal for my hair

I recently bought this in the shampoo and conditioner and well.... I wouldn't recommend. I have pretty dry hair as my hair has gone through a bit of bleaching. I am currently in the midst of recovering my hair from all the damage. I naturally have curly hair which I am trying to get back. I normally use a different brand that hair house sell (which isn't aimed for moisture) and it seems to do a much better job. I find i have to use alot for my hair and it doesn't soap up the best. The smell is okay but doesn't last once out the shower. Even when I use a mask after it, my hair still doesn't feel as soft as it used to when using a competetor. I am a bit disappointed this was recommended but you live and learn. Its all trial and error.
