Elizabeth Arden - Advanced Ceramide Capsules Daily Youth Restoring Eye Serum

I can't say enough good things about Beauty Affairs. I've been a loyal customer now for about three years and can't fault their delivery - it feels like I get VIP Express Post when I just make a regular order. I (now) do a lot of online shopping across the board (clothes, shoes, beauty, etc.) and Beauty Affairs stand out from every other vendor I have shopped with throughout COVID as fast, reliable, and essentially flawless in their supply chain when even the previously-good-ones have slowly fallen victim throughout 2021 to COVID disruptions and delays. Whatever they're doing, it works! I will only shop elsewhere for beauty, cosmetics, and perfume on the odd occasion they don't stock a brand I want, but apart from that, I say: MECCA, who? Sephora, what? ^.^

I have always loved the fast service of Beauty Affairs with free samples with my orders. Last month my shampoo bottle broke in the post and leaked everywhere. When I advised Beauty Affairs they sent a new bottle straight away free of charge. Unfortunately this order did not arrive so when I advised them of this Anna at Client Care sent me a new bottle straight away but along with this she also sent me the matching conditioner, and my favourite full cleanser to say sorry. I have not experienced such amazing customer service in a long time. I’ve always had amazing service from Beauty Affairs and will not buy my beauty products anywhere else

I had a very good experience with Lorena from customer support. I was querying the cost of Youngblood mineral makeup on live chat (excellent product by the way) of which I had bought 2. The cost of the item displayed for sale appeared less than the final checkout price. It turned out the sale price was for a particular color but this was unclear on the page. Lorena looked into the discrepancy immediately and after explaining the reason, offed to give me a refund on that particular sale to compensate for the confusion. She was polite and considerate throughout. It’s good to know that such a fabulous Aussie company has such lovely staff!

But really I wanted to come here and give thanks and my 5 stars to Beauty Affairs! In this current climate (covid) it’s been tough.... I’m a mum of three with a small baby and a child with special needs who as anyone in NSW would know r home doing school.... shops aren’t open anyway and I have been in real need of a “glow up” Beauty Affairs helped me! How? First off, they have great customer service! They’re very friendly and get back to you straight away (given it is within working hours) the pack it and send it and I honestly receive it the next morning! To me those are two of the most important things! I can’t go out I don’t have time to do anything... I appreciate anyone who can get me my stuff quick and who actually get back to you! Game changer for sensitive skin

Navigating some newly discovered allergies, my skin care options are incredibly limited. Found this product through the American Contact Dermatitis Society app and have loved it! This eye serum and the face serum leave my skin smooth, soft, and supple. I'm 38 and also feel that it helps wrinkles and fine lines. I don't feel like I'm making any sacrifices or compromising at all when using this product! Definitely recommend.

I stopped using but went back

I began using these around the time they first came out in 1990. I was 30. I’ve always taken good care of my skin and took the necessary sun precautions, and friends often say things like “why don’t you have wrinkles?” When I turned 60, I thought maybe my older eyes would benefit from a product change, and I was looking more for a lifting product than a wrinkle reducer. After approx 6 months, I could see that my crows feet had become a lot more pronounced and dry. Concealer was suddenly settling into my lines, which it never did before. I went back to Arden ceramide eye capsules and saw almost immediate improvement. I won’t ever stop again.

Lovely product!

This stuff is great to put under your favorite eye cream. I use it a couple times a week or when my under eyes look especially dry. It has an oily and runny consistency, which I normally wouldn’t like. In this case though, I really like having. that highly saturated moisture as a primer for eye cream. It’s like it gives your favorite eye cream a little oomph. Love!

Worst product ever!!!

I have purchased this capsules based on good reviews however I was really disappointed when I've used it. The capsules are very oily, there are a lot of oil so i can cover all of my face with it and this oil remains on your face all day and all night. It is never absurbed by my face. Very - very Disappointed as the product isn't cheap and I have purchased Vit C capsules, advanced serum capsules and toner and they are all rubbish. I have spent around 150 pounds on Elizabeth Arden products and they all rubbish. I wish I can return all of them but not sure if I can do this as I have already opened them. By the way, none of the package and bottle had a protective film.
