There was no noticable diminished lines, discoloration or younger looking skin. I had a major surgery that has caused me to deplete my vitamins and minerals causing my skin to change and was hoping the serum would improve it. There is enough serum in one capsule for both morning evening. I don't recommend for people with oily skin. Disappointed! Benefits don't outweigh the cost. I feel price is for the name not the ingredients and benefits.

That's a big plus for me because my nose pores are one of the biggest things I dislike about my skin and I've been trying for years to reduce their appearance and nothing has worked quite like this. And lastly, I've used Elizabeth Arden capsules previously and did not know that the shell is actually biodegradable, made from vegetable extracts. I tested this and popped an empty shell into some water and it plumped up, softened and then shrunk. Yes they work, simultaneously caring for the skin and planet. Amazing!

Typically I would say I have oily skin but when the furnace comes on and the blustery winter weather hits the North, I am reaching for Elizabeth Arden’s Advanced Ceramide Daily Youth Restoring Serum Capsules… they are my overnight miracle capsule! The amount of serum in them is enough to hydrate my face and neck. I love as I’m massaging it into my skin I see (what I’d describe as) a little glitter spark. I know it’s going to work. I especially like your use it overnight and wake up to beautifully hydrated, non oily skin. My shin feels more youthful and that makes me feel better for the day!

I really really REALLY wanted to like this because I thought I would get very similar results to the Estee Lauder ampoules. I did not. The Elizabeth Arden feels nice on the skin and leaves my skin soft the next morning but I don’t need a £39 capsule for that. I can use a lot of other products for that. I wanted to experience more of their claims but I didn’t. Maybe I should have used it for 14 days straight or perhaps I needed more of it? who knowsBased on this experience I’m not interested in purchasing the full size product. I think Beauty Pie’s Ceramide capsules may be a dupe for these, I will be getting those to try out to see.

I have a mixed feeling about this product. First, the package looks luxury. It is kind of oily. When I first applied it to my face, I felt like I put olive oil on my face. After massaging for 3 mins, it is still there. It was not absorbed completely into my skin. I have combination skin but more on the oily side. I don’t really like the feeling when my face gets oily, but I still left the product on my face overnight. After waking up, I did not feel oily. I don’t know if it was fully absorbed while I am sleeping or I wiped it off with my blanket. I don’t have any acnes after using it. I recommend this product if you have dry skin or in the dry weather. I will try this product again to see if it really helps. A lot of people gave it good reviews for fighting aging.

The serum is transparent, very smooth and for me it feels more like an "oil" rather than serum. It is easy to spread on moist or dry skin, but I prefer to use the serum on moist skin as it absorbs better. I also found that one capsule contains way too much serum for face and neck so I brought the serum down to my chest and boobs (and there is still half a capsule left!!)Because I hate wastage, I now use a pin to pierce it and squeeze out what I need, store the rest of the capsule in a tiny sample container. One capsule lasts for 2-3 uses - a lot more economical and as far as I can tell, no compromise on results.After just 2 to 3 days of use I noticed a DRAMATIC difference to the texture of my skin in my chest and surroundings.It's an area that I usually neglect. My skin is smooth, supple and really soft. It is as though my skin has been completely retexturised. This is the case even immediately after shower when all the product has been washed off. I have never quite experienced such a dramatic result with any skincare product!Initially I replaced my serum (containing hyaluronic acid) with the capsules. However, I found that after 5 to 7 days my skin (especially my face) felt slightly tight, although it still looked smooth and radiant. Since the capsule is oil based rather than water based, I suspected that my skin is craving water.After years of experiment, the optimum routine for me is: use essence/toner, then followed by the ceramide capsule, then moist face again with leave-in toner and apply hyaluronic acid serum. WORKS LIKE A TREAT!I am so happy with the results - my skin feels smooth, soft and supple all the time. My skin looks radiant. The biggest retexturisation remains to be in the chest area, but I am also very happy with the state of my skin on the face and neck. One additional bonus - I do not feel I need to exfoliate my skin as often. When I can feel my skin this smooth there is really no need to exfoliate more often than necessary.Absolutely 5 star product. Will consistently be in my skincare routine!

Best gift for mum

I bought this for my mum and she loves it! She's always in the garden so there's only so much you can do to protect the skin. But this Advanced Ceramide Capsules Serum has improved her skin a lot and is easy to use. It is very moisturising and her skin has brightened up a lot. She seems to have less fine lines too. She also likes how it comes inside capsules so it's nice and clean. It's also easy to use. I will definitely be buying this for her again and I will be trying out the travel size version that came with this.

Extremely Effective

My mother and I used these for years and loved them. I don’t know why I stopped them, but I am thrilled I have rediscovered them. One month into using them daily and my skin is very happy. My face looks younger, more balanced, moisturized, even. Because I use Retin A at night, I put these on in the morning. I spread on my face and neck, wait a few minutes then put a light moisturizer on.I cannot recommend these enough. Try them, give it a month or two.I’ll be using these forever now!

Using half the capsule (about 4-5 drops) seemed a better dose and if I sat it upright, it would be fine to use the next morning.Having used this serum for 6 weeks now, I’m finding it beneficial to my skin and it is definitely improving the skin tone as well as it looking smoother and softer.I would love to continue using this serum after my supply has finished.

I use these at the end of the day since I work around a lot of dust and debris (construction) and once I wake up, my skin loves me. I have a tattoo on my finger and for those who don't know, tattoos there tend to fade and/or spread out since the skin there is so regenerative.
