Elizabeth Arden Eight Hour Intensive Moisturizing Hand Treatment 75ml Cream

One of the bests products that I have. I use for my cuticles, lips, hands, knees, elbows, feet. It's good for sunburns or windburns too. I love to use this when I'm felling my skin dry and cracked. I bought the fragrance free for the first time and I like this too. It's not very cheap but in my opinion worth it to have this specially during winter time. I purchased at Ulta Beauty. I love this classic product!

Amazing cream for burns

I tend to burn myself in the kitchen. Either from a pan or pulling out a tray from the oven. I read a article about how this cream helps with burns. I purchased the sample set that comes with 3 different items. I love the lip balm, hand cream from washing so many dishes, and the eight hour cream. I burned myself from a metal pot. I applied the cream on the burn. After a hour my pain was gone. The bubble had disappeared. I continued to apply for a week. My skin has healed beautifully. Love, love this cream!!

I know most people might be thinking Hmmmm its a brand associated with old ladies no offence to the older generation but just referencing to alert the younger generation that they are missing out on a great brand. It is quite concentrated so you only need a little bit to moisturise your body therefore one whole tube lasts a long time. My skin feels supple and soft and glows with moisture.It is quite good for sensitive skin too as I used it on my contact dermatitis on my fingers and found that it did not irritate my raw skin further. It also felt soothing and calmed the redness. The moisturisation effects also last for a long time , definately a day as I find that I only have to apply it once in the morning and all through the day my skin is soft and no dry feeling.It comes in a white fresh looking tube. It is a nice and soft flexible tube which is easy to squeeze to get the product out. It has a secure flip top cap , travel friendly does not accidently flip open in your handbag causing a mess. I have travelled overseas with this product quite often and It is quite handy to have especially in flights when the pressurised environment sucks moisture out of your body , you can apply this body cream to get your skin H20 levels back to normal.Love love the scent, lemony,citrusy infact this cream contains some citronella oil. so really handy to keep mozzies at bay in summer during family outings or picnics. Mind you it is not an overpowering smell and wouldnt cause your head to spin. Just a nice and subtle fresh smell that reminds me of a balmy summer mornining.Would really recomend everyone to try EA products .

Hydration

This is such a beautiful hydrating hand cream. For those wondering , it does not have the distinctive scent that the Skin protectant has. This has a lovely lemony balmy scent in my opinion. It is thick , yet it absorbs so well into my hands. It does not leave my hand feeling sticky afterwards. It soothes my hand and makes them feel so soft and beautiful. Instantly hydrates my hand. The hydration lasts for long as I feel I do not need to re-apply the hand cream over and over again like other hand creams. I usually apply this once per day in the morning and my hands feel great whole day.

Really is worth the hype (and the price)

I bought this because the Eight Hour Cream is always being plugged as a fantastic product on social media/the press. My hands were beyond dry. The skin was so dry it was cracking, chipping and bleeding and becoming quite painful. I don't suffer from any skin conditions but being a new mum and not having any time, together with my hands being in water all day, I wanted something that was going to be effective. I tried all my usual faithful hand creams for weeks to no avail so I bit the bullet and purchased this, skeptical that if it didn't work, it was an expensive mistake.
