Elizabeth Arden Prevage Anti Aging Treatment Boosting Cleanser 125ml

I bought an Elizabeth Arden limited edition beauty box about a year and a half ago and it had all the Prevage products in it including this cleanser.it is about £40 I have bought it three times. I have found that my skin looks youthful plumper cleaner and fresher especially when I double cleanse using it. A little goes a long way but once you squeeze too hard on the packaging lots come out and it’s a waste because you only need a tiny bit. Plenty of exfoliating beads inside it, lovely orange cream light in fragranced. slight stinging to the eyes so avoid that area but other than that fantastic. I highly recommend this product by Elizabeth Arden.

I am a Retin A user .For over 30 yrs I have used Elizabeth Arden and I find your creamier line has changed, been down graded. a while ago I purchased the replenishing oil and I was Offered A code OFFERED but it would not take your on line customer service gave me a very shabby treatment and said my purchase was one dollar short. I did not ask for the code or free gift , Arden offered. As a result I have found other products and I am changing slowly At top dollar I don’t like being insulted

Ceramide Purifying Cream Cleanser, a ten!

A soft, non-drying, gentle but thorough cleanser. Miraculously, I am not allergic to any of my Elizabeth Arden products (I’m usually allergic to other brands)! I was looking for a cleanser like my amazing Provage Cleanser without the exfoliator, and this was it. Now I use both. I bought two; one for upstairs and one for down. Love it!

Ceramide Purifying Toner

This is a great toner, for all skin types. I have oily skin, and although I saw a reviewer mention that it was ideal for their drier skin due to the less-drying nature of this product compared to other toners, I still found this to work well for my oily skin.I've incorporated this toner into both my day time and night time routine, after cleansing and before essence. You do need to shake before each use. It's a great hydrating, soothing toner that absorbs quickly.That being said, I have very few problems with toners, it's hard to get them wrong IMO. I suspect that there are a few toners at lower price points that could also work, but as I received these from BH as a prize the price didn't affect me. Will I repurchase? Deep Cleanse

I have been using this Prevage cleanser for years and i highly recommend it. It deep cleanses your pore and getting rid off all your makeup foundation. The beads and the foam are gentle enough not to strip the oil on your skin. It works perfectly well for double cleanse after your nightly cleansing oil. Avoid the area of your eyes though. Very happy with this product.

Hard, tiny beads

The exfoliating beads are like hard plastic. They don’t dissolve, even with the shower water streaming on your face. Worse, they STICK to your face so even after washing there are a few there. This cleanser also smells like grandma’s cheap drugstore perfume. This cleanser is awful all around.

Once again price on website doesn’t match cart

Gave it a 3, 0 for price, 5 for product.Keeps happening! The price when you view the product is quite a few dollars cheaper than when you select the product to add to cart. If you were a store you would have to honor the price, if you were a grocery store the item would be free.Do better, Elizabeth Arden. I’ve shopped EA in stores probably since I was a teenager or early twenties and I am turning 60, and shopped your website probably since you created it. I use many various Prevage products daily or as recommended. I’ve tried every one (except the 4 week treatment, plan to try in the Fall), they are exceptional.

Perhaps defective or reformulated?

This is the foulest smelling skin care product I have ever used. It has the horrible industrial smell of undisguised chemicals. I wonder whether the item I received was defective, or perhaps the product has been reformulated. I did not find it to be a true cream cleanser as another reviewer did. I found it to be like one of those trendy balm cleansers, only in a tube instead of a tub, and that is exactly what I was trying to avoid. Since Shiseido discontinued Benefiance Creamy Cleansing Emulsion, I have been searching desperately for something as soothing for my dry, eczema-prone skin. I prefer cream cleansers that do not foam and do not have any active, skin-correcting properties, as active skincare products tend to trigger eczema for me. This product does work all right as a facial massage product. It comes out as a waxy cream, and during application acquires more slip and becomes a thick, waxy oil. It does not foam, and it does cleanse without leaving skin too terribly tight and dry. If the smell weren't so foul, this review might be quite different. Ultimately, I have decided to finish out the tube, but my cream cleanser will now be Dermalogica Essential Cleansing Solution, which is as close to my beloved Shiseido cleanser as I have been able to find.

Thorough, Pampering Cleanse.

Only a small amount of this is needed for each cleanse. I like how it has a scent similar to the other Prevage products - a luxurious, classy scent. It's got a little bit of granular bits in it, thought not a lot of them. These little bits seem to give a deeper and more thorough cleanse. Sometimes I use this at night which is when I prefer to use it as it really seems to get my skin prepared for the EA Retinol night caplets - the little pink ones. I like how thorough this cleanses my skin - it's creamy but not oily or overly rich so it doesn't leave my skin feeling like I need to use another cleanser - this cleanser does the full job of proper cleansing all on it's own. Wouldn't be without it

Got a smaller version of this as a sample with GWP and was really surprised at how wonderful it was. Have a few face washes that I like and always thought they were much of a muchness. The prevage was amazing though, could feel the difference instantly, and when i dried off and started my moisturising routine, it seemed to feel much more silky going on. After finished with the sample, bought the full size one and will never use another face wash again. Lovely.
