For context, I've never used any type of retinol or retinoid before. I started using this once a week for the first 2 weeks and moved up to 2 times a week on the 3rd week. I wanted to make sure I was giving my skin and the product a fair shot. First 2 weeks went amazingly well. At first, I thought the packaging was annoying since you have to twist the tops of each capsule to get the product out. I'm used to pumps, so this felt like an inconvenience AT FIRST. But, it makes the most sense as I stated to understand the product. Overall, I'm really happy with this product so far. I'm sticking to 2x a week for now, but I will update if I go past that.
