I've shopped at Beauty Affairs for a few years now without a problem, however last week my package was stolen- at the fault of the courier. I purchased around $200+ of skincare and was completely devastated when it happened, as I didn't think I would be able to get it resent or refunded because it wasn't Beauty Affair’s fault. I contacted them and to my surprise, they immediately offered to resend or refund my purchase, not only that but they included a gift! I have never had such exceptional customer service from any other company in my whole life! I really enjoy this moisturiser! I have been cursed with the driest skin on the planet, but this cream is a fabulous pick me up and keeps my skin hydrated. This face cream has a beautiful, light, clean fragrance that I really enjoy despite the fact that I usually prefer no fragrance in my skincare. The packaging is glass and has a super luxe feel. Overall, I think this cream is excellent, especially for those with extremely dry skin. TIP: I believe I purchased mine from Catch where I was able to score a little discount. xx

Best wrinkle prevention cream on the market

This is the best cream on the market. I have used it for decades, since it first came out. As a result, people generally guess that I am 15 or more years younger than I really am. By rubbing the cream in, I have significantly reduced and even eliminated some lines on my face so that at 78 I have no wrinkles around my eyes or on my cheeks. Disappointed

I have bought product many times over the last few years and love it! My complaint isn’t about the product but the company that sent it out. The packaging was all removed and the bottom of the product said “not for individual sale.” Never in all the year have I ever received this product like this. I see from another review that they had the same issue.

Excellent day cream

I purchase the EA visible difference cream online, together with the night sleep restoring cream. The transaction was easy to complete, the website was easy to navigate as well. This day cream it's excellent. We're in winter now (my skin get very dry) and during the day my skin is hydrated but not greasy or oily. It leave my skin smooth and soft.

Great product but fragrance is too strong

This product really helped get my dry skin through winter. However, the fragrance is strong, much stronger than I would like, and gives off the smell of an old lady. This meant I only used it in the evenings. However, I feel it was still worth it but am begging for a fragrance free version in the future.

However, my face felt very dry and unhydrated just minutes after working this into my face. I was really shocked at how poorly it worked into my skin. Other creams I have used sink right in and my face feels supple and hydrated with excellent emolients. I purchased this for the first time a few years ago as it was on special offer. I have never looked back. My skin is very very dry from too much sunbathing in my youth. I still need a few serums underneath for extra moisture but this cream is luxurious and seems to plump and make my skin more radiant. I do not wear it at night just during the day. I suffer also from eczema and do not wear Elizabeth Arden if I suffer any sort of flare up, I can only wear Clinique when that happens. For the first time in my life I am constantly complimented on how well I look and how healthy my skin looks. I purchase this as presents for 2 friends who also love it as much as me. The smell is so fresh it just feels so smooth and luxurious on my skin.
