My favourite shorts ever! Nice and long in the leg (and high waisted) but still showing plenty of muscle further down. The inside shorts provide support and feel great when you’re moving. The pocket at the back is genius and so too is the front drawstring. Blue is better than black too. (I have both!)

The inner shorts are a bonus but the legs do ride up a little bit on my long walks (8-10 kms) - maybe I needed the size smaller. The outer shorts are lovely and the pocket in the back is big enough for my key and phone. Great shorts to cover my bottom properly when exercising - I'm not falling out of these.
I’ve run in these for a half marathon and a few 10km training runs including one where it was 29 degrees and we jumped in a pool before running back. The shorts are basically thick short thighs with the lightweight running panels sewn over the top. They are snug, thick (as previously stated), warm, heavy and rustle. I like that they are tight across the tum. I’m 63kg and 173cm and am wearing a medium where normally as I have a flat bottom I’d be in a small. I’m probably going to sew my own phone pockets in the legs of the undershorts as I have some Nikes with these and they’re fab. There is a good back pocket I used for gels on my long run and a small pocket at the front for your car key or gym fob.
