I love Elomi bras, they are the only brand I wear now, including swim wear. This is my first matilda and I bought it online, having never previously tried this style before. The colour is to die for. I have other plunge styles from Elomi, so I had a pretty good idea of what my size would be. Happily this is true to size, so I got it right! My only complaint is the cups don't really feel secure. I don't expect this to perform like a sports bra, and I certainly won't be jumping around or running. I just have noticed I feel a little bit 'jiggly', which I haven't experienced in other Elomi plunge styles.I LOVE buying things from She Science. The good: This bra is very cute (my partners agree!) and it seems sturdy and durable. The straps are very soft and slightly wider than most of my other bras, which makes them very comfortable. My breasts are very close together, so I love the lower gore - both wires tack and don't dig into my chest.The less good: It seems to run big - I bought my usual size (38H) but I think one band size down would fit better. The material is also a bit stiff and not very soft, which isn't a big deal for the most part, but does make the bottom of the band scratchy (it's mostly an issue when I sit, since I have a bigger belly that pushes up against my bra band when seated). Love this bra so much, I went back and purchased two more! I have worn it for a few months now as my everyday bra. I prefer non-lined/padded bras, and these are a perfect combination of that while still being pretty. I feel like they give me a great shape and slight lift, just what I am looking for. I appreciate the reinforced sides to keep them centered. Only downside for me is if I wear a tight shirt, you can slightly see the lace details (similar to all lace bras). However, friends have assured me it is not noticeable until I pointed it out. Overall, loving these bras!

I am delighted with this bra. I purchased an 18G. This Elomi brand is a good fit for me. The MATILDA, in particular, sits flush with my sternum (in the plunge section) whilst providing good separation, lift and forward projection. I also very happy with the fit of my Elomi Cate bras and the t-shirt bra as well. The Matilda style was suggested to me by my Brava attendant/fitter, as I had indicated I loved the Elomi Cate bras I already owned. My fitter was excellent. Very helpful indeed. This was at the Hampton, Vic store.
I have been living in the Elomi Matilda bra for years now. It's the perfect bra. It's great fo everyday but still sexy, comes in a range of lovely colours and patterns from subtle, to pretty, to sultry, gives great shape, is comfy and super cool for summer. Best of all it's relatively inexpensive! No matter how full in the bust you are this bra will give you great coverage but still look hot af but has the comfort of an everyday bra. The plunge neckline and ability to hook together for a racer back means you can wear it with just about any top (a full busted person would usually wear!) I hope they never discontinue this bra 🤞🏼

No wires digging in even after a full day of wear is a game changer. I like the sheer fabric which is firm but not scratchy and is lightweight in hotter weather. I haven’t really tried using the racerback hook - although the option to convert helped influence my decision to buy - as the straps stay up well without it. Best of all is the flattering rounded shape the stretchy cups give my boobs and the good separation. The Matilda is a bit lower cut than some of my other bras which I also like. I really wanted to love this bra as so many rave about it. Unfortunately, I’ve not had a very good experience. I found the bra uncomfortable and scratchy, and not the support I was looking for. However, the worst thing about it is how ridiculously delicate it is. My first one was ruined after putting it in a wash bag on a delicate cycle, in which it came out torn across the lining. Thinking this was just bad luck, I ordered a replacement; however, this one has ripped from wearing after two months! I promise I am not doing anything with the bra that would lead to ripping. 😂 I am not sure if the manufacturing issue or what, but don’t be like me and waste your money.
I stepped out of my comfort zone and purchased 2 bra's that I never had before. The cups are made with a very scratchy material, there is no soft liner material next to the skin. I expected a very well made bra, for what I paid. I wear a 40 O ALWAYS have an underwire...there is no way the material of these cups would last very long on these bra's for women with very large breast and underwire and the "racer back" clips are in the wrong placement on the straps, the clips end up in the front, after adjusting the bra strap to fit, the clips are not removable to put them behind, where they should be. I'm returning both bra's for an exchange. I would not recommend these bra's with this scratchy material and the racer back clips need to have a better placement on the ... I now have three of these - more colours please! I wanted a bra that had a lower centre so that nothing appeared under lower tops. I was at the Brighton store and they suggested this one. It looked a bit too plunge for me initially (I have NEVER found a plunge bra that sits properly and holds everything in place). But this was a perfect fit.I hand wash my bras and my first one is still going strong nearly a year later and it’s now my go to style. I do find all Elomi bras a great fit and comfy, but most have more coverage, which is why this one’s great!
