I love this product. I bought the pink one of these as well. It is very sturdy and soft to sit on and the castor wheels roll beautifully even on carpet. It looks really nice and works well under my desk for extra storage as I only have a small room to work with.

The product arrived with some damage but Temple & Webster customer service is superb in handling the defects I found. Very impressed.The build is sturdy enough, had my concerns of sitting on it but it held up after an hour. I suppose the 100KG weight limit is for that. Big enough to sit right in the middle and cross legged without issues of body parts leaning out. I love my ottoman - it is a perfect for an apartment - as often furniture seems designed for larger places. This works for me in my bedroom, as an elegant piece of furniture to place my extra pillows from the bed when it's time to sleep, and in the daytime it is a great little seat (instead of perching on the bed itself), and it is lovely for storage. And if you need an extra seat for guests, it can easily be wheeled out into another room. I do recommend asking for samples if you want to see the actual colour, though. Both the latte and dusky pink look similar when you're looking at these online, but the actual colours are quite different from the photos. I am 2 for each side of my walk in wardrobe to store extra things. My 2yr old son also loves being pushed around inside it! Wheels work great. Strong construction. So pretty. Lid is seamless and you can't tell its in 2 pieces.
I was worried this may be too small width wise, but it is larger than I thought. Perfect size, the colour is a soft blush pink and just perfect! I love that it's on wheels as I can move it to whatever lounge chair I'm using. Love and think I may buy another!
It’s absolutely gorgeous. This entire Emerald velvet range is brilliant. The ottoman is larger than expected and goes so well with the Juliet Dressing Bench. Very happy with it and would recommend it, and the store and have already. Delivery from Adelaide to Sydney is so fast. I do recommend using Scotchguard to protect it as well.

Quality is good, it’s a nice colour like photos, matches windback chair. Only downside is this “large” size is actually pretty small - similar to a lamp table size. Not table to use as a large centre ottoman for a drinks tray eg. Pretty accurate to photos but I understand there must have been some creative photography to give the illusion of a larger ottoman. This badly fits one latge sofa square cushion in storage, can squeeze 3x standard small Kmart cushions. For the price I really thought it would be bigger. Kids love it in their room, not suitable for our living room sadly (with wingback chair also in tiny size). Would be super cute for a toddler or young kid room, my 7year old loves it.
After looking just about everywhere else and not finding “the right one” I found Black Mango and finally THE PERFECT OTTOMAN!The texture of the fabric is exactly as described.The height is just perfect for a slightly higher than most sofa and the size is perfect for two to share for a snuggle.Love the inclusion of the removable lid for storage!Ordering was simple and delivery was incredibly fast.Over all I’m extremely pleased!Oh and the cat thinks he had a new bed!
I recently purchased from black mango and was very unsatisfied when they won’t provide me a refund or exchange because of the damaged packaging it was in I have kids and when we get a delivery they can’t help themselves and open everything I called black mango that day because the item was no ideal for me and requested a return and because the box had been ripped open therefore I can’t get a refund on a $327 item which is a lot of money to some people. Very unsatisfied waste of money
