After using this product for five days, I developed rashes and hives on my arms and the back of my scalp. At first, I didn't realize that it was because of this supplement, and I thought it was due to my hat or the fabric I was wearing. However, no matter how many times I changed clothes or washed my hair, the symptoms didn't go away. Once I stopped taking the supplement, the rashes disappeared. In my 12 years in the industry, I have never developed such an allergy to any supplements. This particular product may contain something seriously detrimental to health, so be cautious. I have taken ON creatine, Muscletech, BSN, Bulk Nutrients, and a few other brands, and none of them gave me this allergic reaction.

Yes sure there arent any side effects of using excess creatine daily but couldnt help but notice every other brand/manufacturer suggests using one scoop (5g) daily. The recommended dose of creatine is 0.03mg per kg of body weight.Hoping its not a cash grab by emrald to make customers go through their product twice as quick? Plus there are cheaper alternatives available.Just finished a 1kg tub purchased instore. Product works great. Soluble and good gains.

Emrald Labs Creatine Monohydrate helps volumize cells Increases muscle recovery Provides energy in the muscles Increases muscle strength/output GMO Free & Aussie Owned What is Creatine Monohydrate and How Can it Benefit you? Creatine is a molecule that's produced in the body from amino acids. It's primarily made in the liver and to a lesser extent in the kidneys and pancreas. It stores high-energy phosphate groups in the form of phosphocreatine which are donated to ADP, regenerating it to ATP, the primary energy carrier in the body. This role in energy production is particularly relevant under conditions of high energy demand such as intense physical or mental activity. Full Description Creatine can be found in some foods and is most prevalent in meat and fish. Athletes commonly take it as a powder or in capsules. Benefits The primary benefit of creatine is an improvement in strength and power output during resistance exercise. For this purpose, creatine is well-researched, and the effects are quite notable for a supplement. When used in conjunction with resistance exercise, creatine may modestly increase lean mass. It has also been tested for anaerobic running capacity in many studies, the results suggest an improvement in performance. While creatine has been researched far less for cognitive performance than physical performance, it may have benefits in some contexts. A reduction in mental fatigue has been observed in various scenarios such as demanding mental activity, sleep deprivation, and traumatic brain injury.
