Do not waste your money on this flavour! Absolutely disgusting I actually threw it back up one morning it’s just drinking blue chalk. the only reason I pushed through and managed to finish half a tub was because it actually did work in the gym and it was that expensive I didn’t want to waste it!

I bought one of these to try, might have been a bundle perhaps, and it is most certainly NOT my favourite thermogenic daily kickstarter.Importantly, the contents are OK, so really it could by a 5*. I have this concentrated, to down it quickly and then rinse with a glass of water.I enjoy almost all food and drinks in existence, except witlof and spirulina, and now I found this icypole flavour to add to the list.Honoustly??? it is quite OK, fit for purpose.

I bought this bundle, as it was on special for the same price as buying the Pre-Shred alone..Shaker does its job, doesn't leak and is really aesthetically pleasing (I got the rainbow emerald labs one).I went for the Honeydew melon flavour of pre-shred, as I asked customer service which flavours were not overly sweet. Its still sweet but nothing compared to other brands I've used in the past. It definitely helps with focus and energy levels throughout the day. And no jitters or anything like that.Yet to try the L-Carnitine.Highly recommend, thanks Elite Supplements :)

This was a great deal. After getting low on OxyShred, I thought I would give this a try.Flavour- Blue Crush (I originally ordered the Honeydew Melon however it ran out. Customer service was so accomodating)Pros-- Feel energised all day. No after lunch crash.- Blue Crush was a great balance of sweet and sour.- Shaker didn't leak- Great priceCons-- Blue Crush turned mouth blue. Not ideal when taking first thing in the morning before work- No measurements on shaker (not that big of a deal but preferred)I have reordered the Melon one to try. In the meantime will try diluting Blue Crush.

More like Bubblegum Great amirite? One of the tastiest pre-workouts I've ever had, and almost exactly like an old Hubba Bubba Grape. Gives a good pump of energy and makes for an effective workout.Icy Pole on the other hand, just didn't hit the mark and honestly the taste just wasn't great. I'm 25 serves down on the Grape, and I've only had 2 Icy Pole and can see it eventually going to waste.

Wow! Prior to taking the Pre-Shred the only pre-workout I had tried was Oxyshred and my body developed a tolerance to it over time. Pre-Shred gave me so much energy and such a buzz, even for longer gym sessions. I definitely noticed the thermogenic effect and was considerably more sweaty during work-outs as well as having a reduced appetite through-out the day. The Watermelon flavour wasn't sickly sweet but has a funny texture(?) even when shaken well with lots of water. The tablets and shaker were a great bonus, the shaker is very large not usual size but is great and doesn't leak. Recommended!

I love this bundle, great value for money, shaker looks awesome and doesn’t leak.I am really regretting my flavour choice though….I chose Icy Pole flavour and it’s the most disgusting pre workout I’ve tried. It’s described as “lemony”, it has the same smell as lemon scented toilet cleaner and although I’ve never ***** lemon scented toilet cleaner I image it tastes like this. Definitely recommend not purchasing the Icy Pole flavour

I was a bit sceptical at first when I brought this flavour, as I usually buy the honey melon dew. If your expecting it to taste like cottees green cordial as I was, well you will be disappointed, but in saying that it taste like the green zooper dooper and the first one you have is a bit strong. But adding an extra bit of water to it taste better. I'm now on my third scoop and it taste amazing. Definitely tastes like a green zooper dooper. This one and honey dew melon are my two favourites.

I was quite excited to try this flavour. And let me tell you it was such a disappointment. The moment I opened the seal, the smell sent shivers down my spine. Now pre workout never actually smells nice but this was next level. I proceeded to use half a scoop as I normally do with the other flavours, the colour was a blueish-green not overly appealing, but the worst part was the taste. Honestly so horrendous that I could not drink more than a sip. It has a chemical/medicinal taste. I even checked the date just in case but it was well within its use by. Super sad about it having to be wasted. It’s not drinkable at all. Emerald Labs got this one so very wrongI highly recommend the watermelon snow though, the product is great, just not Icy Pole flavour.
