Just purchased my second pair of outbacks. My first pair lasted around 10 years until the rubber around the sole started splitting. Not a bad lifespan considering I wore the life out of them from year to year. I found the boot incredibly comfortable and warm. A great boot that will last you years.

The perfect boot! This is my second pair of Emus and the quality remains. Thick lambs wool and beautifully made. I think they’ll last me another 20 years (though my puppy has other ideas and delights in picking out the wool... ) Can’t recommend these highly enough! But keep away from 11 month old puppies...

Excellent quality boot. My man has size 15 feet but was able to wear the size 14 boot comfortably. No other company had a large enough size for him. I'm so glad these fit and are so well made.
Having ordered a pair of these boots in black I was surprised at how quick they were delivered and thankfully I was on holiday and at home when they were delivered as the boots which were in an Emu shoe box came in a massively oversized cardboard box. You could have fitted seven or eight Emu shoe boxes into the cardboard box. I used the Emu measuring guide before ordering (I would highly recommend using this accurate guide) and my size was at the top of one size and the bottom of the next size up, so I ordered the larger size and they fit perfectly straight out of the oversized cardboard box. They are a bit big around the ankles but I am thoroughly delighted with them and can’t wait to wear them outside. I have owned similar boots in the past few years and have had ... My first pair of emu were Hi stingers. They lasted 3 years and I loved them. I did make the mistake though of buying my actual shoe size instead of the next size down as at the time of trying on they did feel tight.I bought my Platinum Outback Hi in September and they are the best thing. I do recommend though to buy a size smaller than normal as they fit like a glove now.The quality is amazing . There is no odour after wearing them for long periods of time . Love them.
I received my first pair of Emu boots somewhere probably back in 2002 or 2003 (can't remember because it's been so long) and I have loved them from day one! I wear them everywhere and all the time. They have finally started to fall apart after sooo much love and adventure..and so this Christmas I received a brand new pair of Emu Boots! I asked for the same boot and am happy with the updated version. The only negative I could come up with is the sole of the new boot doesn't seem as durable as the sole of my original boot...but I am just hoping that I'll get at least a good decade out of my new boots..and believe me, I will keep my old pair for just romping around in around the house and yard ☺️ I love this product and brand!
Very tall boots and very comfy. I bought these in chestnut and I think the colour is fantastic. I only wear them around the house so I can't comment on how they hold up outdoors. My only complaint is that these slippers run huge - I had to pay for return postage to get a smaller size which are still a little big, but paying for return postage again will negate any discount I had!
This is the second pair I have owned. I bought the last pair about 6 years ago. I still use them but needed a nice looking brand new pair for a fresh new look! I wear my older pair for running short errands etc as they are still great boots but I've worn them so much that it was time to treat myself! I absolutely love the fit, not tight, comfortable on my foot and feels just great! I plan on buying more soon as this style is super cute, functional and great for Minnesota winters! Easy slip on and off and got them at 30% of for a great price and VERY well worth it! I WILL BE BACK AGAIN AND AGAIN as EMU's are the best!! Thank you!!
I normally wear US mens 13 and ordered 13. They fitted perfectly. So comfortable and warm. They were that good. I decided to buy a pair of the platinum murry slippers in the same colour chocolate. Quality of sheep skin great. Beautiful stitching Definitley recommend
