I have this product 3 stars due to the fact that the unit is decent when it is working. However, sometimes the signal cuts in and out and I can’t connect and I find the app sometimes reboots and logs out or completely disconnects the robot and I have to reconnect the device again as if it is new. I do love the laser to play with my cats and it takes decent quality photos and videos. You can control the speed of the device as in how fast it moves around the house. My cats love to play with it and come running when they hear the robot boot up. Overall it is a good unit and I like it but it definitely needs some software improvements. Would I pay that amount of money for it again for it? Probably not, I find it is very glitchy and definitely not worth that amount of ... I purchased this for my puppy. He certainly enjoyed it. However, he snapped off the rubber belt/track after a few hrs play. Toke back to JB and got told they can't do much. Also, there is no place in Australia I can get it fixed or, even just to get a pair of new rubber track. Very disappointed with the quality and service. Be warned if you want to purchase and you own a dog. It has a lot of cool features but, it is expensive and it may not last for long!
I'm always curious what my cat is doing when I'm not at home, and had kept an eye on this product for quite some time. I was quite hesitant by the price, but I immediately bought it when it was on sale! Turns out it is the best thing ever! I'm very impressed with the quality of the camera, the photos taken aren't pixelated and the live stream audio & visuals have always been crystal clear. It also comes with a rubber feather & built in laser play. The motors are silent which doesn't scare my cat away. Overall a good buy!
