I received these batteries free from Ocado in return for this review. Liked the idea that they use recycled batteries to make them and they arrive ready charged. I use AAA batteries in several products so put them to immediate use with good effect. I wait to see how long they will last. Somewhat expensive in comparison with my usual brand.

I?m reviewing this product because I got a free sample from Ocado. Initially I felt the price was extortionate ?14 for 4 batteries. They arrived charged and I used them straight away so it will be interesting to see how long the charge lasts. I appreciate they are ?green? but I?m still not convinced I would purchase again at that price..

I was send these batteries by ocado to review. The package I received said only 4% was made of recycled batteries and not 15% as the picture above said. They come pre charged , ready to use . Using them in a toy and so far so good. I don't how long they will last or how many charges they will hold, but having bought Energizer rechargeable batteries before I have high expectations for them.

I have given this product four stars rather than five simply because of the packaging: I obect to using a sharp kbife to access the batteries and the "Lasts 6X longer" on the pack, at a quick glance, suggests there are six batteries (to me) rather than four. Really this review should be written two or three years after receiving them - to provide a real review of the batteries. The pack suggests they are pre-charged, they were, but only partly and in fact in my so called 'high speed charger' they took about five hours to fully charge. Good batteries from a proven manufacturer. A word of warning. A well known high street chain sells these for 14.99, well above the online price.
I was given these batteries free in exchange for a review. I think it's a little difficult to review batteries as it should be some time before they need recharging. I have to admit I was a little confused as I assumed the charger was included considering the price. Would be nice to know how much it would cost. Definitely better for the environment.
I was given these as a free sample by Ocado in exchange for an unbiased review. (unfortunately, Ocado's requirement that reviews be left within 2 weeks of providing the product means I cannot properly comment on how well these last after a recharge- a key part of rechargeables, hence I can only offer 4 stars). These arrived fully charged and I have yet to run them flat in two weeks- they went in a walkie talkie for a trip to the forest, and in a high powered LED torch which the kids were told to play with (carefully), but are still going strong, then I left the torch on for half an hour (which has a powerful enough LED chip that it gets hot to the touch in this time) and they are still going fine. They certainly do last longer than other rechargeables I have tried. ... MoreI was given these as a free sample by Ocado in exchange for an unbiased review. They are expensive, but if they last as well as they currently do after a few charges, they are probably worth it.
I was sent these to review by Ocado. I didn't know it was even possible to make new batteries out of recycled ones. Impressive! I can't comment on longevity and I don't have a charger for AAA batteries. Almost all of my devices are USB chargeable, but some of them take AAA batteries as a back up. It will be good to think I am using something a little more environmentally friendly, and I might even buy a charger.
I received these to review from Ocado. I am in the habit of using rechargeable batteries already but realise I can't really compare their longevity for a good review until I've used them for quite a bit. They seem to be good, time will tell whether they are worth the price. It's not a big pack for the price, even though they are rechargable and can theoretically be reused.
I was given a box of these batteries by Ocado in exchange for a review. We do not have many things that require AAA batteries but in the items we do have they seem to work well enough. Only time will tell how long they will last, compared to say the best-seller, but the fact that they are rechargeable is good news. This is the future for batteries. I like the fact there were recycled materials in the product.
This scores points for being so inexpensive. For fairness I should say I have little experience with rechargeable batteries. I was shocked to find my charger recommendsv8 hours charging, then these run (powering a light) for maybe 6 hours. I have to recharge them every day therefore. Is that usual? You be the judge. Still, they were cheap & the 'you get what you pay for' rule clearly applies here.
