Wether I'm running, lifting, hiking, or just even working, they are definitely my "go-to" and the one supplement upon which my entire workout regime rests. There have been some that have tried to copy you, but at closer inspection, those drinks and/or powders will have a much lower mineral/nutrient percentage and are almost always more calories and do not taste as good. They don’t have creamy strawberry or Creamy Peach in the database for me to review… I’ve done reviews for the milk chocolate and French Vanilla. I have to drink these under my doctors orders because I don’t get enough protein from eating/ food. The Ensure Max Protein drinks have 30 grams of protein and this flavor only has 1 gram of sugar (some varieties don’t have any). They are low in calories (150), fat (1.5 g) and have 25 vitamins and minerals to help provide immune system support. I did NOT like the Vanilla, which is usually my favorite flavor, and the chocolate is “ok” and what I’ve been drinking everyday until I decided to try strawberry and saw the peach, which I’d never seen before. The creamy strawberry is pretty good and does have a decent real strawberry taste- not artificial. The creamy peach is my favorite though and since I can’t review it, I’ll just add it here. Out of all of the non- caffeinated flavors, I think the peach is the best. But, strawberry is a close second and then chocolate. I didn’t care for the mixed berry- it tasted artificial to me. I rank it right above the vanilla, which I just can’t get down. The key to ANY of these for me though is that they have to be really cold! If I don’t drink them fast enough and they start to get warm, I stick them in the freezer for a bit. These are wonderful for you nutrition wise and an excellent way to get protein without any extra junk. You just have to get used to the taste, or some may enjoy right off the bat. I do recommend because of the protein and they can be a meal replacement in a pinch or a great “snack” to get you through until meal time.

I need to preface this by saying I don’t like chocolate milk. I don’t eat chocolate ice cream. I’m not a mocha mami. This is the best protein shake I’ve ever had. Hands down. No after taste. Smoothest coffee-flavored beverage I’ve tasted. No weird coffee-ish taste or burnt overly-coffee bitterness. It’s rich without being too sweet or hard to swallow after a few sips. Not chalky, not powdery. The best part? There’s caffeine in it! Super low in sugar it doesn’t make you feel jittery like energy drinks. Best way to start your day!

I've been using the Ensure Max Mocha for a month now and it's excellent (tastes great; no after taste; boosts my daily protein intake sans the calories and it's low in sugars). I'm a coffee drinker so the caffeine in the mocha drink is just right... I drink half a container with my breakfast and the other half with my lunch or dinner. I now maintain a higher protein level than fat without the added calories. I drink it every other day and not daily. I've ordered both flavors now. I do recommend this product and I hope it works for all those who try/use it as it does for me.

I've been drinking the Ensure Max Protein shake every several days for a year now and have been consistently impressed with its taste and effectiveness. The shake has a great texture, a delicious flavor, and provides a good amount of energy and essential vitamins and minerals. The added benefit of 30g of high-quality protein per serving has also been beneficial in aiding muscle recovery after a workout. I highly recommend this shake to anyone looking for a convenient and satisfying way to get the nutrients they need.

This review is regarding my first ever experience with the Cherry Cheesecake flavor only. After refrigerating, then opening, the first drink combined with the scent influenced an odd flavor. I wouldn't call it bad, but definitely not great. I really like the mocha, milk chocolate and dark chocolate flavors. Vanilla and strawberry are good, too. I personally do not prefer the Cherry Cheesecake.

Tasty supplement

Delicious, cost-effective way to incorporate needed protein as we grow older. The flavor selection is amazing. Can't get enoigh of the Cafe Mocha. So yummy. When we get the required amount (or more) of protein in our diet, the results are amazing. I prefer Ensure Max Protein and my 102 year old mother prefers the Ensure Original Milk Chocolate. We both enjoy the boost in energy and overall well being.

Wonderful supplement!

I love the taste of the milk chocolate Ensure. I drink 2-3 per day because I struggle getting all the nutrients I need. I've been low on protein for years. I recently had surgery and struggled with eating. The hospital started me on Vanilla which I didn't like. I tried the chocolate and I'm hooked! I feel much better about my intake of protein and vitamins since I've been drinking Ensure. I expect this to be a lifelong relationship! Thank you!

creamy peach - great flavor!

I’ve tried creamy strawberry and creamy peach. I didn’t really like strawberry (kinda plain and maybe even artificial flavor), but peach flavor is great! I was pleasantly surprised. It also has a lot of protein and vitamins. I believe chocolate flavor is good, but I should avoid cacao.I have some GI issues, so protein shakes are my life savers. I also have protein powder, but sometimes such prepackaged packs are great to try a new flavor!
