Haha But consuming this little drink daily gives me the confidence that I’m providing what my body requires of me. So I recommend it to everyone for the added peace of mind that your body is getting its essentials. What I personally want to ensure is getting what my body needs to support brain health. You can never go wrong with the original Ensure Nutrition Shake. I bought the milk chocolate flavor and it taste delicious! It doesn’t have any weird taste like other shakes do. I love that this is an all in one shake that has all the nutrients you need! Sometimes I don’t feel like eating so I will drink one of these. They are 8 OZ so a bit small but they fill you up! People of all ages can drink these too! It has 9 grams of protein which is good because I don’t get much protein in my diet so these really help. Overall, I highly recommend buying these Ensure shakes and the milk chocolate flavor is delicious! I also prefer them refrigerated but you can have them at room temperature as well!

Unlike a lot of people i’m actually on a quest to gain more weight lol. Im a size 3 trying to get up to a size 6-7 and I’ll be happy. I take this to help pack on those extra calories for my desired results.Ensure plus has over 300 calories in a single bottle alone🤗, that’s on estimate how many calories are in a single meal on average. This drink is not only good for gaining weight but it doubles as a great on the go meal replacement. I prefer my ensure ice cold, it makes it easier for me to drink. The chocolate is so delicious,rich and creamy that i couldn’t see myself trying another flavor. And as always, within 2 weeks I notice a difference in body drinking 2 a day with regular meals. If you want to pack on those calories the safe way then this is for you!

It is amazingly filling, takes no time to prepare, and makes me feel I'm eating somewhat healthily and worlds better than chips, breakfast sandwiches out, or a guilty before-bed candy bar. Always keep a couple in my luggage when I travel and don't understand why someone doesn't think to put them in vending machines. Also love greek yogurt but often have Ensure instead, especially when it will be hours before a meal because it is so very filling. I was told by multiple people to try this product after I started my weight gain journey. I’m tiny not even 120 pounds soaking wet so I opted in to try this. I don’t know if I was too hungry but the moment this drink hit my stomach, I was vomiting like crazy!!! I ended up falling sick for about two weeks. Now overall this review gets a good star from me because the product tastes amazing and it most certainly will have you gaining weight. It is also a great meal replacement. However if you have any underlining gastrointestinal issues I wouldn’t recommend this product.

One bottle of Ensure has 25% of the RDA of iron as the toxic form , ferrous sulfate. they base that on the women's RDA of 18 mg, not mens - 10 mg, and the vitamin C content then triples the absorption, so its like getting 75% of the RDa with just 1 serving size! Remember men only need to absorb 1 mg of iron to replace that much that has been lost! Caveat Emptor! Those plastic six packs are replaced by sturdier individual 8 z. plastic bottles.The downside: Ensure Original Vanilla is now sweeter at 250 calories per serving instead of 220 calories per serving. There are fewer flavors — vanilla, strawberry, and milk chocolate (this could be a supply chain issue, though Abbott Laboratories does not mention that).Walmart experience: Ordering process is easy, though shipping delivery can take a little longer than orders from a local store.Overall, Walmart makes the ordering process easier than some of its competitors.

My weight gain milkshake

I’ve always struggled with gaining weight. Even though I eat my regular meals, if I skip a meal, I can lose pounds very easily. I drink inshore to help maintain my weight. I’m sure people are saying are you crazy? Someone else would love to have your problem! My mom used to always tell me that I was too tall and too skinny. I love my mom! She had no idea how it would affect me. People are always telling me how great I look but in the back of my mind, I always think I’m too skinny! I’ve lost about 20 pounds in the last two months because of stress from moving cross country. INSURE is my go to weight gain. I love the strawberry! I put them in the freezer to get them really cold, and they taste like a milkshake. That’s my story and I’m sticking to it.😀
