It's a beautiful cookware. Light weight and conduct heat much faster than conventional pans. I had the pan for three months but only used it less than 10 times. I cook with wood spoon and handwash it each time as instructed using non abrasive cleaning agent and sponge, yet the pan already shows scratches. Quite disappointing.

I got the Enzo skillet MoMA sells (or used to sell? cannot find it now). It was a beautiful and lightweight pan that turned into a disaster - worked great for the first 5-10 times, then some kind of non-stick surface covering started to peel off, then the black went silver and it rusted easily. When I tried to get rust off, it was even worse. Really bad for a $90 pan.
