I suffered with dermatitis on my hands from being a hairdresser.. it was so painful and my knuckles would split. I was given all sorts of creams from the doctors and nothing worked! I read some reviews on this cream and thought I’ve got nothing to lose.. I bought the small pot to try and within 2 days my knuckles stopped splitting and within a week my hands were almost healed! This is my absolute holy grail I’ve always got a bottle of this somewhere! I highly recommend, it has a sort of medical smell but it’s definitely not off putting when you know it’s going to work. I love this stuff!

My doctor recommended I try Epaderm. I've had dry skin all my life and literally have to moisturse all over after every shower. I use only natural products for shampoo and body wash, but the moisturiser I was using wasn't really cutting it. I'd been through trying Sorbolene cream and all sorts of other doctor recommended things but most actually gave me a rash. So with some trepidation I tried Epaderm. Success!! Admittedly I felt like I smelled like a chemist shop, but that faded after half an hour or so. And my skin feels hydrated and no horrid itching. Last winter I had a particularly bad time with it and decided to stop using all skincare products apart from some tea tree oil in sweet almond oil- until my skin started to clear. I then started back using the most basic product I could find- which was Epaderm. I used it to cleanse my skin, initially tissuing off the residue and then started using a warm wash cloth. I used it as a moisturiser and my skin took an about turn in two weeks.I continue to use Epaderm as a morning cleanse with a warm wash cloth and if I travel, I will just take a small amount to use as an everything cream.You can’t beat it as a good basic skincare product that I would recommend to anyone with rosacea or sensitive skin.

This is probably the best product I have ever used when my skin is sensitive. It is versatile and can be used for cleansing skin, shaving, moisturising or as a barrier to retain moisture. It sinks into skin and doesn't leave a greasy film but somehow still acts as a barrier. It moisturises and improves dry patches dramatically and doesn't sting or irritate. I only use as a cleanser when my skin is really dry as I wear a lot of makeup so tend to use as a moisturiser for the dry areas afterwards. I have even used this in a thin layer around my eyes as it is so gentle. My husband uses this on his eczema and it has improved it. He said it helps stop the itching. Very good cream, I bought it for my 3-year-old twins who have atopic dermatitis, after 2 days there were no signs of dermatitis. Now I put on this cream to my children 2 times a week and it’s perfect. Also, it’s good as hands cream for myself. The only minus is the smell of medicine, but it’s ok)
Had an awful rash which turned into extremely dry, red and uncomfortable patches abd this sorted it right out. Will continue to use for any flare-ups. It's really reasonably priced and doesnt contain any fragrance or irritants and a little goes a long way. Really impressed.

I very suddenly developed chapped hands and wrists from the cold. A patch of very dry skin also appeared on my lower arm. It was itchy, sore and very tender to touch. I applied Epaderm directly to the effected areas and it was immediately clear my skin was softer, less irritated and hydrated. I have never had such instant results with a cream product. I reapplied again several hours later. This is a marvellous product especially for the winter. Knowing it is skin friendly even for babies is excellent. It is addictive, colour and fragrance free too. I plan to use on my children after bathing and in the summer after swimming. Read the instructions on how much to use. Doubles as a cleanser which is great for more complex skin issues.

I was in the boots shop in Airdrie this morning and was looking for a cream to help my eczema. I looked at and read all the blurb on the creams that were on the shelve and I picked this one. I opened the tube when we got home and was hit by the powerful odour of the cream; I decided there and then the only place it was going was in the bathroom box where I keep everything else.
