When I first opened my package from Cook Culture, the board smelled very strong in an unpleasant chemical way. After breathing for a couple of days, the smell went away. If this will give you an adverse reaction, I suggest buying it directly from the store, already aired out and neutral smelling.This board works for me because I wanted something lightweight, and two sided - one for foods that are juicy and the other side for not juicy. Silicone handles on both sides to grip the counter are helpful.

I have only ever used wood carving boards and was somewhat skeptical about this choice. It has met my expectations. Stays in one place on the counter, is reversible so it can be used for different purposes, easy to clean, lightweight, the perfect size.

I love these! These non-plastic cutting boards are excellent. They wear slowly and look better compared to plastic but they still wash in the dishwasher without damage. I prefer wood cutting boards for looks and performance but these have saved my time and money on split wood and hand-washing. The grips make these stable, I can work on these without them slipping. These are a great addition to your kitchen collection.The color has faded over the last year, but no damage. I just bought a second pair and they perform the same as my original purchase.

Love this brand. Excellent quality, washes and dries so quickly. Will be purchasing more sizes as they are perfect in every way. Highly recommend.
High quality cutting boards. I?ve been buying the Epicurean brand for over 15 years. They do not warp if hand washed and if they start looking a little worse for wear, I?ve used the Epicurean board butter to bring back their original luster. To prevent them from slipping on my counter, I place a plastic shelf liner material underneath.
Love this lightweight cutting board! Have used this brand for awhile; like this size and the fact that it has a little well for juice. Also like that the rubber stoppers allow you to use both sides.
The epicurean cutting boards are amazing. I finally had to replace mine after I had had it eight or nine years. The surface of the boards are kind to knives and easy to clean. They don’t harbor, bacteria, or odors and the new one that I have has a tunnel around the edges, and it means that I have less massive clean up when I cut up watermelon and cantaloupe. The cutting board is amazing.
I was looking for a cutting board that wouldn?t show a bunch of knife Papi, marks, and dull my knife blades at the same time. It had to be versatile, and clean well and easy. These meet all the criteria. I am delighted with my cutting board set. I highly recommend these!
This board is the perfect size for cutting foods at my kitchen sink. It is easy to stabilize on the center sink divider. I also can use it where counter space is limited or tight, such as near my slow cooker is placed. The only drawback is this material is not heat resistant; a hot kettle was accidentally set on the board leaving behind a ring that has resisted removal.
My niece worked at Sur La Table for several years and told me, "Buy those, Auntie - they'll be the last cutting boards you'll ever buy!" I'm not sold on that idea, but I do like them for the most part. I'm disappointed with how quickly they've become knife-marked. And while I acknowledge it's a cutting board - I guess I expected more (or less)?
