We have been using the 1 size smaller version of this board for the past several years and it has always been a pleasure to use. This large one is just as easy to use however you start to appreciate the just a little extra space you can have to do food prep without having to mess around with moving food. I had a smaller version of this cutting board previously and the only reason I bought another one was so that I could have a larger space to work on. These bamboo cutting boards are tough, lightweight, durable, and cut resistant. Simple to clean and quick drying, I really couldn't ask for much more from a cutting board. Very, very happy with my purchase!

I love these cutting boards. It's the only type I buy now. I like how they don't get too scratched up or worn out. There's no indention made when chopping and cutting, which to me makes me happy to know risk of food matter, such as meat or chicken or pork juice getting in the grooves because there's no grooves. I do however still wash very good with hot soapy water.Just wished you all had more styles. I've seen one at world market store but it's the only one and there's a big scratch on it and yet they have the regular price on it. I'm waiting for them to discount it. Anyway, I only mention because I like the size and style of it, but I don't see it on your website. Are you supplying all options and styles to your customers?

I've had mine for at least 5 years if not more. It doesn't crack like wooden cutting boards, cleans easily and dries quickly. It's amazing and I've never regretted it!
Slick and slate-like in appearance and feel. Small enough for cutting up an onion or a piece of fruit, rinse it off or pop it in the dishwasher. Better than hauling out the wooden chopping board to do the same job - weight wise, and because the wooden one cant be put into the dishwasher. A little bit expensive but I expect it will last a long time.
My first epicurean cutting board. Material and color seem rather like compressed cardboard. I'm looking forward to it holding up as described.
Love the Epicurean cutting boards and they are quality made in the USA. This size is great as it is large enough to keep the vegetables/fruits from falling onto the countertop as you are cutting. It is not too heavy as my thick bulky wood boards are thus I can easily lift it and clean this very useful cutting board. I have 2 other much older and smaller Epicurean boards and they still lie flat on the counter and look good. I recommend the 18 x13 size and I leave mine out in my kitchen.
I have 5 of these in my home. 2 I use daily in my kitchen, 2 I use in my downstairs kitchen for preparing snacks or using with our BBQ and the last one is used in the garage by my husband. These cutting boards are easy on knives, fully protect the countertop and it's impossible to cut through them (at least with normal use). These perform so much better than plastic cutting boards. Plus, these are made in Superior, WI and it's a family run business. You can't get better than that! Stop looking for a cutting board and give this one a try. You can also find them in a couple of other colors, too.
So far, so good with this cutting board. It's been hard and durable (so far) and just the right size for cutting up my dog's treats and people food on the smaller size (e.g. cheese, garlic). The smaller size also allows me to store it anywhere and isn't cumbersome to take in and out of cupboards. So - two thumbs up, cutting board, you made the 'cut'. (Groan)
I bought 2 boards because of the color and look to be displayed on my counter. Unfortunately I found the black to rub off onto my food when cutting (chicken) even after having them for a year. I like that they’re dishwasher safe though they release an odor, but unless I’m chopping veggies it’s not good for meats. I need to find replacements.
