The best Epiphone has came out with! They keep getting better and these inspired by Gibson Custom Shop are no exception. They are in every way better than the inspired by Gibson line and those guitars are fantastic. This J 45 is nearly identical to the Gibson. The one piece neck with Gibson headstock is perfect, feels great! The body is extremely well made and looks beautiful and has great resonance. The LR Baggs preamp sounds amazing too! The case is beautiful and well made as well. The J 45 is definitely one of the best acoustic guitars Epiphone has made! Worth every cent!

Professional player, own multiple acoustics many in this price range. Been playing for over 40 years. I love the look and the feel of the guitar. Great neck and playability is fantastic. I also own the Inspired by Gibson Epiphone J45 that I have been playing on a regular basis for the last few years. Between the 2 versions, the Inspired by Gibson J45 seems more robust in the projection and overall tone. The Banner version is a little weaker in projection, but sounds better plugged in. I attribut the difference to the better LR Bagg VXT pickup in the Banner version versus the very inexpensive Fishman basic pickup in the Inspired version. I love the LR Baggs PU and will probably buy one to put in the Inspired version. I AM PUTTING THIS UP AGAINT SOME REAL NICE GUITARS AND . .IT TAKES A BACK SEAT TO NONE I HAVE. I DO NOT LIKE THE FINISH ON THE GUITAR.IF YOU WANT A GREAT GUITAR I RECOMMEND THIS ONE. AS ALWAYS SWEETWATER DOES A GREAT JOB.
