This is the top model from Epiphone, it used to be known as Masterbilt, and now called 'Inspired by Gibson'. It's essentially identical in materials, design and build effort as the Gibson Hummingbird, it's just made in a different location to the USA. There's three in the IBG range, and having played then all, the Hummingbird is the pick of the bunch. It's resonant, and so bbx Beautiful condition, barely a mark on it. Mainly because I've barely played it, I'm just too obsessed with making different noise with electronics and electrics. I've removed the electro acoustic bits, and it really made a difference to the resonance and sound. I've had this from new, bought it probably 24 months ago now, and it's probably had the equivalent of a week's playing. I've held onto it for this long because it's the nicest acoustic I've played. I had a Gibson Songwriter at the same time as this, looking after it for a friend, and i preferred the Hummingbird. It had more presence and clarity.
