This is a great on-ear headset. Sound quality is great, adjustable and usually pretty comfortable for long meetings. I find this is a great alternative to over-ear headsets as they give me a headache.Only mild complaint is that it makes my ears a bit too warm sometimes.We're using this model across the company and most people seem to like it!

Not genuine Sennheiser headphones as there is no Bass as per the original genuine product. Did not realize its a copy
Bought these as I wanted a Skype for business certified headset, my Bluetooth Sony headphones were awesome for audio but had problems when using with Skype for Business. Great sound quality, plug and play and reduces echo problems using Skype They have skype control buttons on the lead so you can hang up calls, mute and control volume easily
Even though it's a wired device, it seems the connection via USB-C is unstable. The audio device connection is lost in approx every 10-15 minutes while using Skype and it should be removed and reconnect to continue. The same issue arises while connecting to PC (ASUS ZenBook 13 UX333FA / Windows 10) and smartphone (Samsung S21 Ultra / Android 11).
November 202 edit: the headphones need to be reset daily by unplugging them from my machine, restarting, and plugging them in again. If I remember to unplug the headset at night its not a big deal, otherwise its a brief but annoying delay to my morning. These have neither the sound or comfort Ive come to expect from the Sennheiser brand, but theyre good enough for my needs so I have a pair of these headsets. Know that the microphone is extremely sensitive and without good noise-cancelling software everything in the background, including your own breathing, will be picked up.
The sound quality was the most important for me. That is why I chose Sennheiser, and I wasn't disappointed. These are on-ear rather than over-ear, so there is the fatigue factor. The bass was a little boomy but was easily controlled with a basic EQ. Plenty loud with little discernible distortion. The boom mic sounds fine, and does reduce background noise well. All in all a very good quality for the price.
They work as expected. Wishing the build quality was a bit better, maybe more padding on the ear cups. Overall a good buy.
I bought this item on January 16, started a job on February 1. I have not been able to use it during the entire time I have been in training. They cannot hear me. I can hear them but they cannot hear me.
