Acceptable sound. Wearability and comfort lacking. Bought this for use during extended meetings. They squeeze the ears too tightly for long term use.

This product is very good except the USB-C connector is a bit sensitive. Some times it looses connection to my laptop. But quality overall is excellent.

When I received the product I could not get the audio output to work on the computer, it worked on the phone. I was redirected to Epos support Centre, they got me to test it on other computers, it didn't work on to other computers, got me to check that I had the latest firmware, their response was very slow each time and after about 3 weeks they agreed to replace it. When I received the shipping details it appeared that it was going to come from China and I would we receive it within 30 days.

It is very useful headsets because I can use them with my mobile phone as well as my PC. Easy to use, no setting required (except choose these headsets as speaker and microphone).
First unit I bought was doa and had a defective USBC adapter: it was detected by devices but no sound could be heard in the headset. I asked for a replacement and received it one day later (thank you Digitec!).The second unit works flawlessly (tested on PC and Android smartphone).It clearly doesn't compete with ANC/mic noise cancelling equipped headsets so I wouldn't recommend it in a noisy environment. In a quiet environment, call quality is very good, for both parties, and the adjustable mic helps a lot.I looked online for other reviews and it seems many people are getting issues with the jack to USB-C adapter connexion, whether in DOAs or after a few weeks of use. It may be fragile.Otherwise, I recommend.
I bought these as I work in a pretty noisy open office environment. They work great for that, the noise isolation/cancelling on the mics let alone sound quality from my voice is excellent. I tried several boomless more expensive units and none of them compared. I also saw some people complaining about the sound quality for music. These DO NOT sound like my $400 pair of Sennheiser headphones. I don't think that is what they were designed to do though. If you value sound quality over your voice quality, there are a ton of boomless options on the market, even from EPOS. if you want a headset first, but with passable sound quality, these are a great option.
