I recently bought these and try 2 of them in our printer. They were not recognized by the printer. When we called customer service, they asked us to try a 3rd cartridge, still no luck. We were asked to return the cartridges at our cost (according to the return policy) which was $17 for 1.5 lbs., unreal! I should not have to pay to return something that is defective! So, beware they are guaranteed to work, but if they don t it will cost you.

First order with this new source, was concerned at first that my printer may not accept the cartridges, but no problems at all, easy install, great printing and I will be back for a refill when it's time!
Bought these as I was running low and like to always have ink on hand. Printer is not recognizing them - tried 4 so far.
On the Epson WF printers 7840 and 7820 firmware and updates require Epson OEM ink. Using other brands will use more ink and cause the printer shutdown. If this happens, install Epson OEM cartridges and reboot printer to fix.
These work fine. My epson printer didn't even know they were not Epson ink cartridges.
Fast delivery. Great product. Find it better to use branded printer products rather than generic.
These cartridges worked flawlessly in my Epson WF-7840, even through one firmware update. Following a second firmware update 10 July 2022, the printer stopped recognizing the Magenta cartridge that had been working. Recommendations: 1) Steer clear of Epson if you don't want to pay their exorbitant ink fees. 2) Do not fall for automatic firmware updates; update only to fix an issue that affects your use of the product.
