Unpacked the wheel chair and immediately noticed the small right hand front wheel did not even reach ground level. I don't have that luxury to wait for a replacement one, nor do I want the extra expense of hiring one in the mean time.I was also asked to return the item to a Post Office. Boxed up, it weights 20 KG! I managed to do it by myself. I couldn't be bothered asking for a courier to collect it, goodness knows how much longer that would have taken to get organised.I have asked for a refund as I now need to buy one from a local supplier ASAP. Who knows how long it will take to obtain a refund, I won't hold my breath.Customer support process = 0

The Wheelchair purchased is an excellent chair and good value for money. The extra thickness cushion, seat belt and rear brake control, are features not included in a lot of wheel chairs. You could add to the attractiveness to the buyer by adding a good size wheel chair rear bag at a cost of an extra $50.00.I am happy with my purchaseCharles Ford

Good value for money. Sturdy and comfortable. Conveniently folds and fits in the boot of a Toyota Corolla. Very happy.

The wheelchair was damage, I had a problem just to get my money back. It took a month for the supplier to refund my money. They made it too difficult to return it, just to accept that the equipment is damage due to manufacturing and delivery apparently. They should have check the wheelchair before the sent it out for delivery. It was a nightmare dealing with the supplier.

Excellent quality & features

I bought the wheelchair mainly because of the handbrakes which give total control on down ramps compared to my wife's other chair. Another good feature is the seat belt. It is slightly heavier than the other chair but the extra features make up for the added weight and is also more compact when folded. The only thing I had trouble with is the footrest brackets. Because the locking lever doesn't pull to release you need two hands to push the lever with one hand and pull the bracket with the other. Minor detail I know but something that would improve a good product. Unfortunately the chair is back in the box waiting for my wife's release from hospital so I can't give any feedback on it's road performance.

Excellent wheelchair that packs small enough for our Astra. We like the removable arm and footrest and the folding handles.

Good wheelchair for the price.

This is quite a well made wheelchair with a sturdy frame, clean welds and comfy seat. It rolls smoothly and is easy to control. Just remember to pump up the tyres to 25 psi when you get it, or it won't roll easily, so you will need a bicycle pump. It folds very smoothly and quickly and is simple to transport in the boot of your car. Quick release wheels are easy to use, allowing even further breakdown if needed. There is a strong factory coal/rubber smell at first, common to many chinese produced goods, but this dissipates after a week or so. I'm sure you can pay twice as much and not get much more. Happy with purchase.

Lightweight and very comfortable

The wheelchair has a comfortable cushion. It is quite lightweight but still sturdy enough and large large to seat my husband of 96 kg quite comfortably. It is light enough for myself to be able to lift and place in the boot of the car at 77.

Manual wheelchair

Front wheels need to be wider. The smaller front tyres that came with the wheelchair are too small and give a very rough ride.

The wheels come off so easily. It folds down really well. Nice material, nothing sharp . Let's turn away, sides lift up. It's perfect!
