Callaway ERC TT combines spin, control, feel and distance in an optimal way. The ball’s three different layers are adapted to give you distance from the tee and a soft feel at impact. TT stands for Triple Track, which is three sightlines on the ball that help you aim straight more easily. The aerodynamic HEX dimple system gives a strong ball flight in any weather. The unique cover is paired with an all-new HyperElastic SoftFast core that increases ball speed while maintaining a soft feel. The cover is also equipped with an innovative Grip Urethane Coating System that gives better grip on the ball and leads to more spin on short shots.

I have always loved these! I still lose enough golf balls that I refuse to pay $50/dozen for balls, but I can tell the difference in some balls. I like these almost as much as the
ChromeSofts, but much more comfortable with the $35/doz price tag. Also, just had my 1st Hole-In-One with and ERC, so I'm probably a lifetime customer (smile)! I also LOVE
the Triple Trac feature. Just bought an Odyssey putter with the Triple Trac feature and had 3 birdies in my last round, which is pretty unusual for me.

I typically play a TaylorMade Tour Response and started using the Maxfli Tour.A family member got me a dozen of the ERC Soft and I have to say, I was amazed by the ball's
performance. It doesn't have a urethane cover, but I got plenty of greenside spin. The ball is plenty fast off the driver and the low spin helps reduce errant shots to the left and
right. The real game changer for me was the triple track alignment aid. I normally put 1 line on my balls, but having 3 lines creates a fair amount of confidence and helped me
play one of my best rounds.I'd have to say, this ball edges out the Tour Response as my gamer ball. Jury is still out on the Maxfli Tour, but it is hard to deny a uret... Show more

I have a high ball Apex with my driver, and this ball has decreased it by at least 20 feet, giving me a lower more penetrating trajectory because of lower spin ... yielding more roll out. Mid irons are a yard or two longer, and short irons are about the same. For short chip and pitch shots, I noticed the ERC does not have as much spin. Minor trade off because I can change how I attack the pin.If you are a casual weekend Warrior, why spend an extra $15 per dozen on balls that us mere mortals can't benefit from. I will continue to use the ERC soft for the rest of this golf season!... Show more

Great ball for distance and soft feel
8 August 2022
I have been playing ERC soft for 2 years now...both models (1st and second generation). The ball is great for mid to low swing speeds. Mine is around 85mph. It goes high and straight if u hit it good. I have a power fade shot that is pretty consistent with this ball. Approach shots 7 iron down can actually hold the green if u can get the ball in the air which is no problem for me. If u hit low shots it's gonna run out on you...not the balls' fault!!! It has decent spin around the greens but NOT great!! U have to play the roll out and/or control it with trajectory. U must learn this or it will roll out on u big time. This is the only reason I'm not giving it a five star. But if u can and love hitting greens' without paying $50 a box for the extra spin...this could be ... MoreI have been playing ERC soft for 2 years now...both models (1st and second generation). Great feel off your driver, fairway metals and irons.
30 October 2022
After reading some of the reviews I was a little apprehensive in trying out these balls. I am glad that I did because they performed extremely well. The ball was great off the driver and responds very well with fairway metals and irons. I saw normal wear after using it for a round. The scuffs and cuts that I read about concerned me but found no evidence of that after using this ball. This ball has excellent quality for the price and is tough to tell the difference compared to a premium priced ball.... Show more

Improved over previous version
11 March 2023
The 2021 ERC had been my primary ball last year. I just got the 2023 version and played a couple rounds and it does seem better. I hit it a bit straighter that the old ones and it definitely has a bit of a softer feel for me, which I like. I have always hit ERC longer than the other balls I play (for reference my driver swing speed is around 95). I hit this at least as long as the 2021's and I suspect a little longer since my rounds with the 23's have been in cold weather which would cause it to lose a little distance. Does seem to perform better than last year's with the short irons.... Show more

I wish I could be more positive...
16 August 2022
I went from Pro V's, to Chrome Soft, to the ERC. I haven't seen any noticable differences in distance or handling. However, even at a slightly different price point, I would expect a ball to not show gouges, scrapes and worst of all, cut marks after 1 or 2 hits. By the end of the first 9 holes, I'm generally on my 3rd ball. Sometimes 4th. No exaggerating. At the end of the full round, I usually throw them in a donate pile of use them as a scrub ball on a tricky hole so if it gets lost no big deal.... Show more

Love this ball.
17 November 2022
Always preferred 3 piece urethane balls over the 4 piece models.I had been playing the Taylor Made Tour Response (2020) for a while the I found one of these on the course.Great feel and longer than the TM ball by 1/2 club for me.I also play the newest Chrome Soft white a bit and the two play similarly for my game, with the ERC flying a little higher, a touch longer off my irons and slightly softer feel. The CS spin's just a bit more with the wedges, but overall, they are very comparable for my game. The ERC is a dream off the putter as I prefer a soft feel there.Oh, and Triple Track has helped me quite a bit, especially off the tee, surprisingly. Of course it's great for lining up puttsI'm 61, hit driver 225 carry, 7 iron 145-150.... Show more

8 March 2023
I purchased the Callaway ERC soft triple track golf balls as one of four different golf balls to compare for the upcoming golf season. With all of the many, many, many, (did I say many) seemingly endless number of golf balls to choose from, , I try to find a golf ball that compliments the few strengths of my play. I find the ERC a very good fit. Off the tee and fairway shots, distance is very good for my swing speed, but what I find the best feature of this golf ball is the great feel I have with chipping and putting. The ball seems to stay on the club longer which gives me better results.... Show more

Winning Extra Points with My Boss!
14 January 2023
My boss absolutely LOVES these balls. He likes a soft ball but did not want to lose distance (as is generally the case with a softer ball based on all the testing I have seen). I took a chance on these a couple of years ago based on testing I had found that showed these to keep competitive distance with many other firmer balls. I gifted a box to my boss and it has become hands down his FAVORITE ball. It combines the soft feel he loves while still giving him the distance he is looking for. Nice work Callaway!... Show more
