I had a caboo when my son was newly born and it was great but as he got bigger it started hurting my back. I tried a baby Bjorn but it wasn't any better. I was recommended one of these by a chiropractor. There are quite a few Ergobaby carriers and I was a bit unsure of which one to get. Essentially you get an Omni Dream and an Omni Breeze, they are the same thing except the breeze is made of a mesh type fabric that will be a bit cooler. The older version of the breeze is called the Omni 360 cool air mesh and the older version of the dream is the Omni 360 cotton. You still seem to get both versions for sale though. There is very little difference between them from what I managed to research, just some slight improvements to the newer versions. One thing that I have found out is the 360s have more padding on the straps, by that I mean a longer section or the strap is padded. I think this was to address a complaint that if you were small you couldn't get the straps on a 360 tight enough. The bad thing is if you are a larger person they went too far and there isn't enough padding on the Dream. So basically if you are a small or normal sized person get the dream / breeze and if you are a larger person get the 360 version.Enough of that, for the carrier itself it's very very easy to use and put on and most importantly it's very comfortable to wear. My son seems to like it which is always good, I have only had him in either facing me or facing out so I can't vouch for the back carrying capabilities. The little pouch on it is useful as you can't really get into your jacket pockets when it's on. The straps are good quality and don't slacken themselves off over time. Only thing that annoys me about it is the hood thing, it comes out of the pocket all the time, would be better if the pocket had a popper on it or something to keep it in place. The hood is a bit useless to be honest, would be better if it was made of rain hood material, it's just a cotton flap and doesn't do much in the rain.As usual there is no rhyme or reason to what babies like and don't like but mine seems to like it, it's a good quality carrier and I would recommend it.

I am so happy with my purchase. I only stumbled across this website while looking for this carrier and it was on sale too which is a bonus. My order arrived at the time stated and I so soo happy with it. It’s comfortable for both my baby and myself and I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a carrier
