And, the arm rests adjust in/out and backward/forward to support your elbows for typing.Additionally, the mesh on the chair is the perfect balance between firm and some give. It pushes back just enough to support the areas that need supporting. Plus, I'm sure it will be great during the summer.Before I would dread sitting at my desk for long periods and would seek out the couch to try to give my back a break. Now, I look forward to sitting at my desk to alleviate pain from my desk at work.I highly recommend this chair. It is a small price to pay to resolve the pain I've been having.

Simply the best chair I have ever had the pleasure of sitting in all day (if your work dictates). We have slowly been replacing all of the chairs in our office with this one, once we discovered how awesome it is! It is fully customizable to many different body types, as there are so many adjustments you can make. Not just height (like most chairs), but also depth of seat, height of seat back (which helps you get the lumbar support - which is unmatched - exactly where you need it), tilt, etc. The mesh material is breathable and very comfortable. I have some back and sciatica issues, and this chair has helped me greatly! Highly recommended for anyone that has trouble sitting all day, or just wants to be extra comfy while doing so!

The Eurotech Mesh High-Back Chair is an excellent chair for everyday office use! Its frame is incredibly durable and the mesh seating is very comfortable to use. The chair is fully adjustable from the headrest down to the seating which is great for a variety of users. The chair provides adequate lumbar support for longer extended hours of use which is great! Outstanding chair. All the support in all the right places. I needed to find a chair that offered more support than my executive leather chair following spine surgery. This chair was exactly what I was looking for. Although the chair is very adjustable, I think it is probably better for taller individuals. I am 5'6" and would like the head rest to come out a little more to provide some additional support but even at its lowest setting, I cannot get the support I was looking for at the neck area. The support for the lower and upper back is excellent. I would definitely recommend this chair.

It would have been a great feature, but frankly in order to the get the head/neck piece where I need it, that piece would actually would have needed be attached a little lower on the chair. Again, that is because of where I need my support which is in the lumbar area and I think I'm too short in the torso to accomplish both. I'm 5'9" tall and had issue with my old chair providing the proper support for my back, legs, arms, etc. I left work everyday with a painful back and wrist. Most of the pain has diminished since using this High Back Mesh ergonomic chair. The armrest adjust so that it is in line with my desk eliminating the awkward position of my wrist while utilizing the desk or keyboard and the seatback support adjusts up and down to support my long torso. I am also able to adjust the height of the chair so that my legs are not too close to the floor and the multi-positioning seat allows easy adjustment to accommodate others.
I have this chair at my office. I have had several different chairs at my home. They all cause me back/hip pain. Since I've been spending more time working from home, I finally broke down and got myself the same chair for home. Should have done it long ago. My back/hip are so much happier. It's a pricey chair but so worth it.
