I like this sleep sack, it’s great for my daughter who likes her arms out and I like that it’s just an easy zip up. After already purchasing from ergo baby multiple times and ordering a couple more in the next size up I needed to make a return. They do not make returns easy. Requiring that the packaging be unopened (luckily mine was), you have to send photos proving that it’s unopened in the original packaging first, then they email you a return form you have to print out, fill out and scan back into them, then you are required to handle your own shipping back. I understand paying for a shipping label for a return but requiring all these items and you completely handle your return shipping is just a lot. Companies like this get massive discounts with carriers since they do so much business with them and they can’t provide the return label at their reduced cost to provide good customer service? Not to mention the biggest thing is how strict their return policy is and archaic to make you print out and scan in a return form. This reason alone is enough to make me go with another company in our technological day and age. I switched over to Kyte Baby because of this they lost a loyal customer.

We love the ergopouch jersey sleeping bags. Great weight for those colder nights. Leave my little one toast and warm all night. Love the tighter fitting chest, give you peace of mind that it's not likely to ride up ans cover their face at night. Brilliant product

Overall great product. I like how it’s not a ridiculously oversized sleeping bag and it fits nice and snug around the chest.This bag is lined as opposed to the cocoon 0-3/3-6m bag which I prefer.Only thing that I don’t like about the ergo pouches is how high the neckline/zipper comes up under the chin of baby. Even with the little material flap to cover the zip I still feel it digs in a bit of the bag bunched up.
