The award-winning Sleep Suit Bag converts from a Sleeping Bag to a Sleep Suit with legs using the 4-way zippers. The 400 thread count organic cotton outer has a silky smooth feel, and is made from an easy-care woven cotton fabric, similar to the feel of a flat sheet on your own bed. The stretchy side and shoulder panels are made from organic jersey cotton and ergonomically designed to allow your little one to move freely and prevent getting tangled during sleep. Features GOTS certified organic cotton Breathable Natural Fibres Separate legs Silky Smooth 400 Thread Count Stretchy Side Panels Bell-shaped bottom Arms-out sleeping TOG-rated for warmth Zip enclosure Four-way zip Certified non-toxic Skin-friendly Feeding tube friendly No blankets needed Machine washable Wear in 2 Ways: In Sleep Suit mode (with legs), this is the perfect sleep solution for little wrigglers and movers who like more leg freedom in sleep, and toddlers/pre-schoolers transitioning from cot to bed. Whilst in suit mode, the product can also be used with a 5-point harness such as in a pram for day sleeps on walks or a car seat*. In Sleep Suit mode, as a sleeping nag with legs, the product provides comfort by not restricting the legs during sleep, and reduces the risk of cot climbing injury. Grip pads on the feet keep your little one stable if walking overnight to the bathroom (or into your room!). The four-way zippers provide ease of use for overnight toilet training. In either Bag or Suit mode, the product is hip-friendly for growing hip joints.

Open seam after one night. I’m organising a return of this as after just one night one of the outer seams has a split. My boy is 11 mo so it’s not like it was a tight fit. Also, it’s a beautiful design but it’s actually awkward getting this on and off. This has to go over there heads or try to angle them and slide them in the top. If you have the legs set for separate legs then if you change them in the night the zips often separate and you have to try and match them up again in the dark with a piggly baby. I don’t like that the sides of the body are a thin jersey material and not padded, I couldn’t tell from the photos and so they aren’t the warm material you’d expect.

This is by far the best sleep bag we ever bought. We had bought a cheaper one elsewhere and our son was waking up sweating and red it was awful. We bought this bag, and ever since our son has slept beautifully. He seems so comfortable in it. It will also grow with him which is great. The price range is higher than some but wow it was well worth the investment. Would highly recommend

The idea of the options for bag vs suit was great in my mind, but in practice I don't like it. For my child's age (8/9 months) and ability (not standing/walking), it is clumsy to get her into the bag/suit.Also, the theory of being able to open the bottom of the bag for diaper changes seemed convenient, but in practice I'm not impressed. For the design to work as legs, the top of the zipper opening has to be below the crotch, which means the diaper isn't accessible without bunching the suit up around the torso after unzipping. Then, when you're done with the diaper change, putting the zippers back together, in the dark, with a wiggly baby that is upset because she's tired and just wants to nurse and go back to sleep, takes too long. Matching up the sides of the zipper is really hard to do in this scenario, and I don't know why I keep getting the fabric caught in the zipper when I finally do get it started. Pure frustration at 2am.I regret buying this product and would recommend separate products for bag vs suit. That way the zippers won't come completely undone.Actually, I bought the winter onesie for my toddler last winter and I really liked it. The thing about that one is that I never had to change a diaper overnight and after struggling with these diaper changes, I'm thinking the 3-way zipper on that product isn't as diaper friendly as I imagine. Also, that product isn't available in 3.5 tog rating.

Great for colder sleeping climates
17 February 2024

We live in a northern climate in a drafty old farmhouse. There are times where it gets to -40° F in the winter. After have a winter baby, I panicked realizing how cold our room was and how unprepared we were for a comfortable sleep set up. I purchased the 2.5 tog sleep sack, 1.0 Tog Zippy and Butterfly Cardi for our newborn. It's definitely given me peice of mind and I love the set up! The material of the sleep sack is thick, soft and stretchy and has held up and washed great the past two months we have had it. Im excited to get into the 3+ tog rating when he gets bigger for next year.Cons for me- material seems to bunch up a little bit because it is so stretchy. I find myself have to adjust the fabric from bunching between the Butterfly Cardi and his sleep sack ... MoreWe live in a northern climate in a drafty old farmhouse. The zipper cover protector is also pretty stretchy and the zipper will pop out and poke him in the face sometimes which is a bummer.Otherwise I highly recommend for colder sleeping climates, it's the next best thing to wool in my opinion! Iwould love to see some wool products someday too!

MADE IN CHINA
9 January 2021

First, the good: the craftsmanship, materials, and look of the sleep suit are all great. A lot of care has been taken with the zippers. I enjoy the modular feet design where this can be a sleeping bag or have walking legs. This is very clever. If this were made in Australia as I'd hoped, I would give this product 5+++ stars. The annoying:1) I thought these were made in Australia (I know, I know, I was dumb-- they never *exactly* say that). In fact these are "ethically made in China". In my view this is disingenuous. Currently many consumers do not feel they can take pride in supporting the Chinese economy. Forced labor, condemned by the Australian govt, and all that. Did not like feeling misled.2) When receiving my item I was sent an email confirmation that ... MoreFirst, the good: the craftsmanship, materials, and look of the sleep suit are all great. So I had no idea when to expect my package. Living in an apartment complex, I felt extremely lucky to have found my package right as it arrived before someone else walked off with it (which is sadly common in our area). Tracking information is important!!Overall: Really, it is a great product. I look forward to the day when I can feel proud to buy made in China products.

Nice but not entirely practical
27 May 2024

While the sleep suit bag is of nice material and appels to the eye, I find it has 3 main drawbacks: 1. The main zipper is too high, ie if your child is already asleep it is quite difficult to get their legs in 2. The entire bag should be made of the same, thick material for cold weather bags, including the sides and sleeves, and 3. The sleeves should be removable, ie have a zip themselves. That way one could turn a 2.5TOG bag into a roughy 2.0TOG bag offering more versatility for different temperature conditions. In hindsight, would have preferred a sleeping bag over a sleeping suit.

Saviour for winter nights

This bag kept bub warm and safe while it gave me piece of mind. I love that the sides are lighter fabric so I was less worried about overheating. The size fit my 6 month old baby.We haven’t used the leg version so cannot comment on that but the width is good for a wriggling baby because it’s wider than the other types.

Stitching unraveled out of package
10 July 2024

The stitching unraveled from the bottom of the suit straight out of the package. When I approached customer service, they would not acknowledge the problem. Perhaps this is one of the reasons the suit was on sale. I wanted to like this suit, but I think it was overpriced for the quality of the product I received. I'm going to have to sew it up myself to prevent future holes.

Swaddle your way
23 August 2024

Such a beautiful swaddle blanket .I purchased this for our first baby who was delivered here in the UK for late June . It’s a bit pricy . I am sad we couldn’t use it for summer months as it was hot but have been using it for rainy days and cold days and it’s perfect . Will definitely buy another one for my baby when he turns 3-6 months when it’s colder here ♥️

The Perfect Cold Weather Newborn Sleep Sack

I love this sleep sack! When my second baby was born in January, I knew she would need a warmer sleep sack, but she has a strong startle reflex, so we needed something that would swaddle her arms. I also was looking specifically for a sleep sack that was organic cotton because the material of what I put on my baby’s very absorbent skin is important to me. This sleep sack checked all of those boxes and has worked perfectly for us. We live in North Carolina, so the winter is mild enough for a 2.5 TOG. She has slept very well in this and I absolutely love the soft material. The closed off arms have swaddled her perfectly, and it’s so nice to have the option to let her arms out for when she no longer needs swaddling.
