We love the ergopouch jersey sleeping bags. Great weight for those colder nights. Leave my little one toast and warm all night. Love the tighter fitting chest, give you peace of mind that it's not likely to ride up ans cover their face at night. Brilliant product

Overall great product. I like how it’s not a ridiculously oversized sleeping bag and it fits nice and snug around the chest.This bag is lined as opposed to the cocoon 0-3/3-6m bag which I prefer.Only thing that I don’t like about the ergo pouches is how high the neckline/zipper comes up under the chin of baby. Even with the little material flap to cover the zip I still feel it digs in a bit of the bag bunched up.

It is however due to the company’s handling of incorrect orders and giving sensitive information to strangers that I won’t be purchasing from them and would encourage others to err on the side of caution.I purchased some sleep sacks during Black Friday sales and was sent the wrong order. In the order I had the invoice with the address, full name and phone number of the person who purchased those items. I understand mistakes can happen in the packing and shipping process. This included their full name and address. They also instructed the women to do the same with my order. Before I was able to voice my concerns about this, the women had already sent my items to me. Despite the items I had ordered being in stock on the website at the time of this occurring, the customer service rep told me they did this as stock was low and couldn’t send me new items. Considering these are items for babies I would have assumed a bit of care would go into this. They had no way of proving these items were coming from a non-smoking house or that the items weren’t tampered with after sending a photo of them. Not to mention getting their customers to do the leg work for them! While I did go along with this arrangement, the more I think about it, the more floored I am with how this company handled this matter as much as I’d love to support Aussie business I won’t be anymore.Additionally, I bought this sleeping bag in two different prints and the sizing of them both is wildly different despite being the same size!
