Our Jersey Sleeping Bag is a baby and toddler sleeping bag designed for arms-out sleepers (usually from around 3 months of age). The Jersey Bag has a slim-fit, stretchy design similar to that of a swaddle and is recommended as baby's 'first sleeping bag' after the swaddling phase is over. The safe-sleep approved design is made from soft, stretchy GOTS certified organic cotton and bamboo viscose that is non-toxic and gentle of baby's skin. The ergonomically designed bag features a bell-shaped bottom to promote healthy hip joint development and is approved by the International Hip Dyslasia Institute, and the material is stretchy to allow baby to move more freely and stay comfortable while they sleep.

Another Unusable Mitten Cuff Fail

I want to give the ergoPouch all the stars, however, since you've asked for feedback . . . I have to say that your design falls short in the exact same way that almost all other apparel with mitten cuffs do. Mitten cuffs will only work on sleeves that are extra long prior to folding the cuff over, allowing the foldover past the fingertips. Almost all garments that I have seen that claim to have mitten cuffs simply include a pocket of fabric on the back end of the sleeve, making a foldover impossible, unless your baby has no hands. This is a huge design flaw, and very frustrating for those of us looking to keep tiny hands warm in colder climates. Excellent fit, great quality.

10/10 highly recommend. I have the 8-24 month jersey 3.5 tog sleeping bag for my 4 month old. It’s excellent, fits perfectly. The neck hole is not too large like other brands. Now bub is 5 months old he has worked out how to take off the built in mittens so I wish they were a bit longer to keep his hands covered but maybe he’d work out how to get his hands out still anyway. The quality is amazing, it’s very soft and keeps baby warm all night. We get down in temp here but the sleeping bag is always keeping bub toasty warm, and the dressing guide with the room thermometer is super handy in guiding what to dress bub in.

After countless nights of not sleeping - I decided to co sleep with my babyI wondered how she could have her own blanket and not kick it above her head or what not while we sleptI tried another (cheaper) sleep sack once I came across them and thought “wow a blanket she can sleep in, she can’t get over he head!” What better peace of mind for me! HOWEVER this “cheaper” brand didn’t identify a toy rating - I live in Australia and with no aircon in our bedroom I was struggling to dress her appropriately..I got 2 jersey pouches from ergo in 1 tog and will soon purchase the 0.2 tog because I just love themThe material, the look and the snug fit with plenty of room for her legs PLUS the tog rating = A+

When using the white noise machine in a completely silent room, I have found that the white noise option has a couple of 'beeps' that repeat every 6 to 10 seconds, and the fan sound option has a telephone ring sound which repeats every 10 or so seconds. Like I said, the you can only hear these noises in a dead silent room, and only just, as they are very very faint. And it may take a minute or so to actually notice them. But these noises are in the background of the white noise and fan option which is annoying. So I had to listen to the beach sound instead. So I am a bit dissappint about this. They need to record the sounds in a completely sound proof room. Please check this and fix it.Because I live in a very quiet street, I prefer the additional nose. But when I stay at other houses, they are normally more noisier. So, the good news is that when you sleep in a room with background noise, like next to a busy road or something, then you can't hear the beeps or ringing at all , and the white noise and fan do a great job at drowning all the other background noise that you don't want to hear.I think the product works great and looks great. I love the battery life and portability of it. And it can easily go loud enough.I hope you can fix the sound of the white noise and fan , and when you do, I will buy another one of these.

Great quality sleeping bag
20 June 2022

Lovely sleeping bag that will keep bub comfortable in warmer temps. We have already used it a few times although I got it for later in the year. Its perfect, the neck hole is not too large like other brands. The quality is very good and soft. 10/10 highly recommend. I have the 8-24 month size for my 4 month old and it fits perfectly unlike some other brands we tried as bub is a big boy. Very happy with this purchase. Will buy again in future from this website as I know the quality and value for money is very worth it.

Great! But horrible to wash!
25 August 2022

I bought this pillow for my son a month ago. He loves it! It’s a great size, and I love how thin it is and that I don’t have to worry about his neck getting hurt while he learns to start using a pillow. My only issue is that it is NOT good to wash like it makes it sound. I washed it before letting my son use it, and it was hell to get it unbunched (I eventually got it flat again) and dried. I tried to dry it in the dryer on the low heat setting as instructed, but it still wasn’t dry properly after 3 cycles. So ended up having to put the heat up and put it outside in the sun. After realising how horrible it was to wash, I immediately ordered toddler size waterproof pillow protectors so that I can just wash the protectors instead of the pillow all the time. Once I got the protectors, I washed the pillow one more time before using the protectors, and it was even harder to get it flat again this time. And it’s actually been left quite lumpy this time. So I DO recommend the pillow. But DO NOT recommend washing it. Definitely recommend buying waterproof pillow protectors and just washing them instead!!

Had to buy another one!
11 April 2023

We absolutely love the Ergopouch Sleep Bag - we had to come back and buy a second one! It keeps our daughter so cozy even when the temperature in her room drops quite low on these chilly lower South Island nights. We are putting her to bed each night confident she is going to stay nice and warm all night long. I love that it has arms too as in her previous sleeping bag we found she was waking in the morning with cold arms/hands. The fabric is lovely and soft and we have had no issues with the quality of it so far. I think this is a great value for money sleeping bag option!

Misleading description, extremely slim for toddler
24 November 2022

These sacks are very slim and definitely not for toddlers who passed the rolling phase a long time ago and moving a lOt while sleeping. These sacks do not allow that - your baby will be barely able to roll in them not even being able to stand up, unless it is your goal to constrain a kid for the night. The neck area is very narrow, concerned me about letting baby breath freely..the description states that it is bell-shaped which is not true, it is barely zucchini shape.Bought two for my twins and not able to use them and return as I washed it prior trying..description is misleading, very disappointing.. waste of money and time spent talking to not helpful customer service

Nice Bags
10 February 2022

I'm really happy with these sleeping bags. We bought the 0.2 tog and the 1.0 tog.We needed a light bag and a medium bag for summer naps and nights. Our old bags (different brand) had stretched around the neck and arm holes and we weren't comfortable that they were still safe.I really appreciated reading the other reviews here that said these bags are more snug than other brands - they are. Both bags are thicker and more snug than the 0.5 tog we were using previously. At first I was worried they would be too hot but our baby really likes them. Seems to fit what everyone else was saying - nice bags, good quality, more snug and shorter in length than other brands, but our baby is happy. Our baby didn't flinch going from the old loose and airy bags to these ... MoreI'm really happy with these sleeping bags. Organic Cotton, Temperature Ratings, and Safe Sleep… Best Investment I've Made!
25 October 2021

The ErgoPouch is singlehandedly the best baby product I purchased. As a new mom, I had no idea what to do when my newborn transitioned out of a regular swaddle. As temperatures began to drop with the changing season, I also worried about ensuring that she'd be warm enough without overheating. ErgoPouch sleep sacks met both needs, ensuring my daughter is cozy warm but not overheated (thanks to the sustainable organic cotton, a “must” checked off my list!) while also making the transition out of swaddles less difficult. To top it all off, these sacks are sized for 3-12 months, which is a really significant amount of time in the baby apparel world!
