The height of the arm needs to be taller. or wider I'm using this with the Ergotron Standing desk; and when I set my laptop on the desk and flip the lid open (so that I can have 3 working monitors) it covers a large portion of of the dual monitors connected to the mounting kit. If the kit was taller it would raise the dual monitors high enough to be above the top of the laptop lid. Or if it was wider you would be able the spread the dual monitors far enough apart to fit the laptop screen between them. As it is now neither is an option. Other than that it works great!

someone in our office was having neck strain. we purchased this for the hydraulics, the name, and it clicked all the boxes of needs to get work done. I would have given it 5* but the directions for adding the monitor arm device were poor and we had a tough time attaching them. Now that it is put together, it works as we need.
