As a transplanted we are limited to what products we can use. As a kidney patient I can not take or use anything with ibrufen in. So the muscle rubs you buy from the chemist are not allowed. This is natural ingredients. Is the only thing I can use for my osteo and rhemotoid arthritis. This is a must and really does work.

This is a repeat purchase for us (I use it myself but this purchase was a repeat one for my Mum, for Mother’s Day, as she absolutely loves it). She uses it for her shoulder, which she’s had to take painkillers for and have physio on in the past, but she now manages the inflammation and pain with this muscle balm. It rubs in really easily, has a lovely relaxing scent and brings a comforting warmth to the affected area. I also use it on my shoulders and hands as I’m a Medical Secretary so I spend long days at my desk, which leads to tension and inflammation in my shoulders and neck as well as giving me sore hands. We would both wholeheartedly recommend this muscle balm and will continue to purchase it on repeat. It’s a real hero product.

Cute packaging with very calming scents. The instruction says to warm between hands before use but not sure for how long this needs to be done to make a difference. Because after a minute or so, it wasn't the easiest to squeeze out of the tube.I use this before bed and it has helped with relaxing my muscles and giving me an overall "Zen" feeling. Even hours after using, I still feel the coolness around where I've applied the balm.I'd recommend to anyone especially if you suffer with musculoskeletal disorders.
The day I received this I was experiencing the worst period pains in the whole world. I've tried everything in the world for them, from special "period pain" medication to calming rubs, patches, heat packs and nothing gave me relief so quickly! First, the scent is captivating, completely calming yet refreshing, when I put it on it was both parts cooling but not too cooling as obviously heat is the best thing for muscle pains. It's almost as if my body knew the way it wanted to react! The formulation of the balm is perfectly thick and balm-like but doesn't leave a greasy residue it's so nice to rub the excess into your hands and breathe it in for a calm effect. Basically, all I'm saying is, do yourself a favour and purchase!
The packaging of this product is very luxurious looking, and would make a great gift for a loved one. It's a balm, so is thick when it comes out the tube. The smell is amazing. I love the peppermint smell. The balm glides so smoothly onto the skin, and really easy to work / massage the muscles. I have been using on my back/ shoulder area. It does not make the skin feel oily it's absorbed quite nicely in the skin. Really enjoy this product and would recommend.

It would be perfect at the end of a cramped flight, when your limbs are swollen, and you want to feel sprightly. And I would have loved this balm during the summer heatwave, to keep me cool and prevent my ankles from puffing up.The scent of peppermint and eucalyptus is intoxicating, if a little overwhelming at first. Do take the time to massage the tube, to warm up the balm. The consistency is that of a dense, mildly opaque gel. It glides onto warm skin and feels a little waxy when dry. As an avid gym goer and aspiring runner I am constantly struggling with delayed onset muscle soreness and fatigue, this has been a complete saviour for me. I’m a bog fan of Espa in general but this is their hero product for me! Being a Medical Secretary, I’m always getting neck/shoulder/back pain from being at my desk for the majority of my working day and from a lot of typing, nestling the phone in the crook of my neck (very bad habit!) This balm soothes immediately on application, gently heating up and giving a really comforting feeling as well as instantly soothing the aches. I give the tube a good squeeze (I use it generously) and warm the balm by rubbing it between my palms before smoothing it on. My Mum also loves this balm (she has arthritis and uses this nightly, and finds it a godsend). We purchase this on repeat and I recommend it to anyone with aches and pains.
I love this muscle balm. It really helps to soothe my tense neck/shoudler muscles. I originally tried this balm when received as a miniature in the ESPA xmas advent calendar. It worked so well I had to buy the full size to have some more of it. I put it on at night and find that it really helps relieve the aches and pains that I suffer with. Highly recommend giving it a try. It's a little greasy but absorbs in to the skin after a little while, and it smells delicious!
