Really enjoyed the new Hemp Gold Seed Oil from Hemp Foods Australia. It tastes beautiful, is light and I can use it as a dressing on salads and roasted veggies. I get a great source of plant based omega 3 from this oil and I love that it's cold pressed, not refined or irradiated - just wholefood natural goodness!

This oil is soooo delishUse it with my french lentil salad piled up with micro greens, currently sprouted organic mung beans, grated beetroot diakon radish cucumber frozen peas & finely cut snake beans.It is definitely a totally delicious oil & a little goes a long way.
Which is better fish oil or hemp oil? I found by googling some differences that hemp oil is a must for 'omega-6 and omega-3 fatty acid' and for anti-inflammatory action in the body. As we're getting older, it can help reduce fine lines and wrinkles as well as prevent signs of aging from developing. Fish oil naturally contains saturated fats which must be artificially processed out and hemp oil is very high levels of essential fatty acids and no the taste of fish.
We bought this oil for our arthritic Labrador after someone suggested we try it. He is still on his arthritis medication as well as turmeric everyday. After only two weeks he can stand for longer and it is a little easier for him to get up. The addition of this oil(one tablespoon morning and night) is the only thing that has changed.I’m really hopeful he will continue to improve, who knows?
Organic Hemp Gold Seed Oil is the only hemp seed oil my dog likes. He eats it for the omega-3 qualities which help with his proneness to dermatitis conditions and joint inflammation issues, and, from the resulting shine off his coat, I am certain that eating this does help him. I can tell from pouring a teaspoon onto his din-dins at night that this hemp seed oil is much finer, smells better and is a nicer colour than any other hemp seed oil I have used for him.
I have used this oil as my face oil for years. I look rather magnificent and I will never go near botox. Plus it is great on salads. : )
I am using the Hemp seed oil to help with my chronic arthritis pain and I am so very happy with the results. It has definately improved. So far I put it on my salad and its great on jacket potato with plain yoghurt. It has a very mild taste which makes it easy. I also give my 2 dogs a little on their tea and they love it.I really would recommend it to anyone. After more than three decades of pain I am certain its helping me.
Tried so many different expensive skin creams but this beats them hands down for sensitive, Rosacea, acne prone 40yrs + skin. Plus I add to vinegar and make my own nutty salad dressing. Good for you in and out. Has to be kept in fridge so I have a little bottle in bathroom. And take care putting on white shirts if it hasn’t soaked in!
