Works alright. These did the job on minor residue but I wonder how they would fare against some heavy baked-on stuff. I feel that they would struggle. Was glad that they didn’t scratch the pans. These would not be my first choice but a solid second choice

Take it or leave it. So so scrubber. They have their use but for scrubbing hard to clean things I prefer the steel wool. I like to know that what I scrub away washes away down the sink and not remain stuck inside of this scourer. You need to make sure you’re cleaning it afterwards really well. I really like a plastic scourer for non stick fry pans etc only they are really hard to come by. Used to be able to find easily and super cheap. Perhaps woolies needs to make those with recycled plastic.

These are great for surfaces you do not want to scratch. I'm an avid camper. I one numerous camp ovens and often take a few with me camping for all different meals. When cleaning a camp oven, the golden rule is do not scratch the seasoning off the surface. In my photos you'll see an old oven I hardly use as it has a hairline crack at the bottom, so I let it go for a bit and now it's a little rusty. Thankfully it's only surface rust so easy to clean off. The essentials mesh scourer was all I needed. A quick scrub under water, a re-oiling for extra seasoning and 30 minuted in the BBQ to reseal the seasoning and she's good as new. As it's cracked I only intend to use her for cooking garlic bread with coals from the fire, so no need to worry about stews and other ... MoreThese are great for surfaces you do not want to scratch. Worked well. These are definitely a good budget friendly option for cleaning products. It worked well when cleaning some sticky residue out of the fridge (gross) and when cleaning my pots and pans. A good product but I personally prefer steel wool and it is just as cheap so would likely stick to this moving forward. Appreciate the opportunity to try!
Worked as expected. I have used the same Coles Stainless Steel Scourer for the last 2 years & I think it's still got another 2 years in it. This product doesn't work nearly the same, 2 or 3 good scrubs & this one is in the bin. Sorry Woolworths bunch people but this really doesn't compare the one I use now. Also not to mention the landfill I've saved using the competitions scrubber for so long. I'll keep using my "old trusty"until it's landfill. Thanks for letting me giving this product a try. ***late note on my review, it does work particularly well on my air fryer, it doesn't get caught in the mesh like my normal scourer.
An unusually pretty & economical scourer. Firstly, my husband & I both thought that this silver scourer looks a lot like a glomesh purse! I did not see the blue version in my local store. They are a great price & I imagined would last for ages as they seem durable to me despite other's comments. Guess I haven't been using mine for very long. I don't use scourers a great deal so had to think outside the square to find different uses for these to review them. I usually dislike handling the old fashioned stiff green scourers as i find they are harsh on my sensitive skin but did not have any trouble with this new style. I have a very old shower which is hard to keep clean as soap scum builds up on the floor & screen so I tried it on this & worked very well & was easy to ... MoreAn unusually pretty & economical scourer. I usually dislike handling the old fashioned stiff green scourers as i find they are harsh on my sensitive skin but did not have any trouble with this new style. I have a very old shower which is hard to keep clean as soap scum builds up on the floor & screen so I tried it on this & worked very well & was easy to use. I also used it on my Corian kitchen sink which it cleaned marks off quite well without much scrubbing required. I also have old textured surface laminex bench tops which are difficult to get marks out of the grooves without scrubbing & these helped with that.
Not scratchy. I have never used a scourer on my non-stick pans as I have always been too afraid to scratch the surface. So with some trepidation, I gently started scrubbing away at some bits of chicken that had actually stuck to the pan and was surprised at how easy it came away. Not sure if that was the surface of the pan or the scourer doing its job but after a little more exertion on my scrubbing, the pan looked great. I am very happy with the results and would recommend this product to everyone, including any sceptics like me! I can't comment on longevity as I have only used it once, but so far so good.
Great value. Five lovely blue coloured scourers for only $1. 99 - you can't beat that!I've been buying these for a long time - even though they wear thin quicker than other brands, at this price you can afford to keep buying them! They work well on all my cookware and bakeware, not only the non-stick ones. The size fits well into the hand for scrubbing, and it's easy to squeeze the water out when finished. I wash them in the washing machine inside a small mesh bag (to stop them sticking to other things) and they wash and dry well. Overall, a handy and economic scourer that does what it says - it does not scratch! Yes, I will keep buying them, thank you Bunch !
Handy & Great Value Scourer. I found this easy to use for scrubbing baked on foods stuck on the pots. I did soak the pot with Bi Carb and dishwashing liquid prior to cleaning. I do need to concentrate more on my cooking than the 6 o'clock news. Great size to hold for my small hands. Wish it would come in more colours. When the Scourer would come to the end of its great life, its final role was giving me a great, shiny, feels like brand new, when its actually 40 years old, sink again. Pricing is reasonable to add to your trolley and handy to stock up as well. Would definately purchase again.
Great product. I have not used this product before. We also have products which require non scratch cleaning. These mesh scourers work a treat - great clean and no scratching. Thank you. I will definitely purchase these and completely recommend them. oh and added bonus - in no way do they hurt my hands or fingers. Unlike other steel products.
