Crave the Chaos Essie Expressie Quick-Dry nail polish
My nail "go to's" are: Crave the Chaos Essie Expressie Quick-Dry nail polish and Essie Gel Setter Top Coat. I take them with me to every nail appointment. Although, in my daily life I NEVER crave the chaos, this is the only exception. It is a great color for my skin tone, not all colors are. I'm sure most would find it boring as heck but I like to keep life simple and when I find something that works I stick with it. The combination of these two holds up well until my next nail appointment. Find a color(s) that works for you. Inexpensive and I recommend them, plus you get the Target red card discount and they bring it to your car!... Show more

Different colors, different opacity
I have the mint green and black shades of this with no issues. Enjoy those. These DO dry very quickly. I can do my at-home mani in about an hour total without a fan. The three stars is bc I recently purchased Don't Hate, Curate (the mustard/golden yellow) and it was abysmally thin. I used it on my toes and while it did dry decently fast and has stayed put for a week and a half, it just looks bad on my nails. I did a base coat and a top coat and they didn't help. The formula for this shade in particular is thin and gives patchy, uneven coverage. I would have needed a third coat (I did two) of color to get full opacity from this shade. It's also not very smoothing. Even with a base coat and top coat, the polish itself is so thin my ridges and texture show through ... MoreI have the mint green and black shades of this with no issues. Enjoy those. I expect this quality out of Sinful Colors, not Essie. I'll be returning mine for a refund.... Show more

Dries fast
recently received a free nail polish from Influenster to try out and I have to say, I am impressed! The color is vibrant and long-lasting, even without a top coat. The formula goes on smoothly and dries quickly, which is perfect for someone like me who is always on the go. I also love that it is free of harmful chemicals like formaldehyde and DBP.Overall, I would highly recommend this nail polish to anyone looking for a high-quality, affordable option. I will definitely be purchasing more shades in the future! Thank you Influenster for introducing me to this amazing product.... Show more

Dries quickly but this green is not it for me
(Green review) The only reason I’m removing a star is because I don’t care for the color! If it was a pink or lighter purple it would be more up my ally. That being said, the product works really well and dries quickly as promised! I sadly am not very good at doing my own nails so I will spare everyone a photo of my finished hand (which is my fault). If I got a different color I would have rated 5 stars. I hate waiting around for nail polish to dry so this is really a great product. I’m curious to see some of the other colors they have available. The green is kind of a hideous color I don’t think I’ll be using it again.... Show more

Drys fast ! Beautiful shade - perfect for summer !
I LOVE this pink shade. I will be wearing it all summer. The application is smooth, and the wands are easy to work with. It does dry FAST. If I’m running low on time for my nails before I have to head out the door, I would reach for this one. It seems to last about a week or so before chipping occurs WITHOUT a top coat - I wanted to see how it would perform by itself. I will say it does have a strong smell which is pretty normal for most nail polishes! Adorable pink-y purple-y shade!!... Show more

Excellent color, truly QUICK DRY
Hoping my review rises to the top as I was not incentivized and paid full price for this product! Every color I’ve tried of the quick dry formula has been fabulous, this is no exception. A happy medium between electric neon yellow and brat green. For those having issues with coverage, I would highly recommend making sure you’ve dehydrated your nail with acetone before applying. Most quick dry formulas, I have noticed, apply more thin and streaky over nails that haven’t been properly prepared. Something about the way they can interact with the natural oils on your nails. Two coats and one coat of Essie’s super quick dry topcoat makes my manicure perfect every time and lasts me at least 3 days (keeping in mind that I work outdoors with my hands, so your mani might ... Great Quality
I received this nail polish from Essie and Topbox to try for free in exchange for my honest review #freeproduct. For quick dry polishes the Essie expressie line is the best quality you can buy. I have 5 colours from this line in my collection already and then I was gifted this one in the shade always transparent which is a clear polish. I love it! It has a really nice shine to it. This is so perfect to be used on its own or as a base or top coat. It dries quick and lasts better than other brands; I prefer this one over the Sally Hansen insta-dri clear polish. Since this Essie polish is quick dry I love using it the morning of an event that way I know it will dry in time and my nails will look fresh and perfect for the rest of the day. If it is slightly sticky, then they need more time to dry. If they are normal then they are fully dry.... Show more

LOVE THIS COLOR!!!
I have struggled to find any pinks, reds, or nudes that work with my skin tone, which is very fair and cool with pink undertones. Cooler colors like blue or purple are usually the only ones that don't clash for me, but I've been searching for a more neutral tone, something more classic, and THIS IS IT. It's a beautiful, gingery red—not bright red or magenta at all—leaning pink and a bit brown, but just the right amount. I imagine it would be flattering for a lot of skin tones, but especially if you haven't found the right shade in this color family, I'd recommend this one. I've used Essie Expressie many times, and the formula for this shade is also one of the most opaque and uniform ones I've tried. I would be happy with just one coat, and two was plenty. I hope ... Reccomend with Essie Couture Top Coat
Personally, I love this nail polish! I topped it with the Essie Couture top coat because that was the only top coat I had, and I think it’s a great combo. Usually when I paint my nails at home, they last 1 or 2 days tops before they start chipping and I have to take it off (I hate having chipped nails), but not this combo! So far, both times I’ve used this combo they’ve lasted 5-6 days before chipping, and when they did start chipping it wasn’t bad at all (I think that’s great for at home polish). I’m also someone who’s somewhat rough with their hands as well (constantly cleaning, work out regularly, and have two small kids). I love having my nails done, but no longer enjoy the process of going to get them done, so this is a great alternative. Pictures: one picture ... MorePersonally, I love this nail polish! Disclaimer* I did have to touch up 2 nails with the purple/blue color after a couple of days, but I deep cleaned the house and hung up wallpaper, so I’m surprised that’s all I had to do, I thought they’d be destroyed afterwards.... Thinnest polish I’ve ever seen
I normally love the Expressie line of polish, it’s been my go-to! But it seems like they’ve switched to a mew formula or something, and it’s terrible. I bought Main Character Moment (295) and Bring the Heat (329) and BOTH were too thin and watery to use.I never ever write negative reviews, but I honestly can’t believe I spent over $20 on two bottles of nail polish with the consistency of rubbing alcohol. Main Character Moment just made my nails look sickly, with the slightest green wash over them, instead of paint. Yes, I shook the bottle vigorously before, during, and after painting. And then again. Bring the Beat was marginally better, but still so watery. If it was just one bottle, I might have chalked it up to a bad batch… but two, and I think I’m going to ...
