This polish caught my eye the second I saw it! I love enhancing natural beauty and this is the perfect polish to do that with. It’s a beautiful sheer light pink colour that applies flawlessly with no streaks, it also dries very quickly. The overall finish is a glossy sheer pink doll like polish, it’s so stunning and perfect for any occasion. You can use it for French or as shown I like to use it on my own and you can see my nail through it, perfect if you like applying clear polish but with a tint of colour. My best advice for this or really any color product you have not bought before is do not rely on online swatches only if at all possible. I did some window shopping online looking for a new spring shade. Online it looked very muted and light, similar to some shades I already have. I had decided on a different shade based on online swatches, but selected this one when I got to the store. It's a nice shade, not to bright, and not too muted, I would say it's more of a salmon or light coral than peach. It's a good shade for spring and summer. It applies evenly and does not streak, weak time is average A lovely Spring/Summer shade, but I'd wear it year-round. I hope Essie keeps making this one. It's a keeper

So if you like things simple or you are just in the mood for something softer, Essie is a fantastic brand. The thinner formula also lasted longer than my other brands. It also is much easier to remove than other brands as a result. Essie makes the best glitter polishes I have ever seen--truly the only polishes in the line that I would call extravagant if that is what you are going for and yet they are still the epitome of sophistication--flashy, sparkling, full of the most glitter in just a swipe, breathtaking in all lighting. Essie nail polishes are for a highly specific taste and for those whom these polishes are a match, this brand is pure gold.

TOO EXPENSIVE

Boatloads of love is a beautiful muted, creamy white. It’s not pink, not even slightly - more of a grayish undertone. It’s not iridescent - not at all even though the bottle looks like it. It’s very streaky - 3 coats for decent coverage. And it dries weird, almost like it’s old polish which sucks because I literally just bought this. Idk how well it wears but judging by the tiny bubbles forming and how long it’s taking to fully dry, I’m not hopeful. Super disappointing considering the price!

Why change did Essie change Sugar Daddy color?

I’m a professional manicurist for over 25 years and one of the polishes I use the most is the “original version” of Sugar Daddy. It’s been a main staple color in my kit because its sheer peachy pink looked amazing against all skin tones and great on camera for the commercial production shoots I work on.You can imagine my surprise and disappointment when I discovered a new Sugar Daddy color at my beauty supply. I thought it was a mistake in the dye lot so I went to other stores looking for the original. No luck.I decided to try this new version and it does not compare to the original.Please bring back the original Sugar Daddy color.

Yellow?

At first I thought I loved this polish but after a few wears I have changed my mind. The colour starts out as a very pretty sheer with just a hint of pink, but after a day or two it develops this ugly yellow tone to it. I can even see a bit of the yellowing going on inside the bottle. I've only ever seen that happen to very very old polishes so I'm pretty disappointed that it's happening to a brand new bottle already. It also takes a very delicate hand to apply it without streaks and takes forever to dry. Not a fan after all

color was off

I like this brand a lot. I usually have great success in selecting flattering colors for myself. This time was a mistake for me.I bought the color "throw in the towel". It's supposed to be a moderately vibrant, rosy pink. Unfortunately, it's not pink at all. It's a bright (almost neon) coral orange. It's a pinkish, bright pumpkin shade. It has a retro peaches and cream vibe. It's certainly attractive, but it's not what I was looking for.They seriously need to adjust their cameras. I'm hesitant to select another shade online.
