Essie Nail Polish 011 Not Just A Pretty Face

The color is fabulous not too much orange but just the right touch of peach. I had so many compliments wearing this color. It applies smoothly and not too thick. Absolutely recommend

I LOVE essie nail polish! The colors are beautiful and considering how much I work with my hands the polish is pretty resilient. "Where's my chauffeur" is kind of like a Tiffany's blue, it's cute and fun for a playful pop of color. "Play date" is my absolute favorite color! For my skin tone (light with a hint of olive tone) it is gorgeous, manages to be classic looking while also fun! Just in general I love the color for pretty much anything! Lol

I am in love with this color!! Bahama mama is for sure my favorite out of the Essie colors, but I do love them all. Compared to the other pink/purple colors that I have tried, this one is by far the best. You only need to apply one coat for it to stay and not have your nail visible. Other brands you have to add a second or third coat to finally get the color you want, but that is not the case for Essie nail polish. Essie makes the bet nail polish around, it is easy to use, goes on your nails without clumpy which is great. I think it is a great product for the price it is. I would definitely buy this product again!

I have two shades of Essie nail polish. One of them, named (I believe) Penny Talk is a gorgeous metallic copper tone, which is very eye-catching. I don’t recall the other polish’s name, but I believe it was part of the 2018 summer collection. It’s a nice coral-y hue with fine gold sparkles. I love both of these shades. They both last a long time and don’t really chip. I was impressed that the metallic polish didn’t lose any of its shine while it was on my nails, because it is very metallic! I also just love the names of Essie nail polishes. Definitely recommend this brand.

I 100% love this color. I was very picky with the nail polish color I wanted for my wedding last year. I looked at a bunch of different ones. I actually put this on my wedding registry and it was sent to me by a friend! It came quite awhile before the wedding so I was able to use it for the actual wedding and my bridals! It is the absolute perfect sky blue color while also hinting towards mint! I would recommend this to a friend. Or a stranger. Basically anyone.

I had very high hopes for this product, as an essie enthusiast, but I was slightly disappointed. I was hoping for a pigmented, long lasting shade that I could use regularly, since I LOVE this color. However, when I put it on, I had to use 2-3 layers for it to be opaque. I was using this nail polish for an event that I was going to be making a speech at, and painted it on a day before. However, three hours later, more than half of my nail had chipped off! With some polishes, they come off in small chips. This one, fell off. The polish came off in BIG pieces that were extremely noticeable. I was in the car, not doing anything, when I noticed a big nude colored piece of polish on my dress. How I use the product is that I use a base coat and waited until it dried. The product drys pretty fast for people who's actually impatient. Then again, I coated the Essie polish and, the color, oh my gosh it's true to its color. I loved the color to the point that I double coated it to make it darker to get the fall look. It kind of took abut linger to dry but then again, it's a wonderful product. After when it's dried, just added the top coat when it's dried. I use the matte topcoat just to make the solid look. Gotta love the product! I recommend this product 3

A high quality, chartreuse polish

Essie is a high-quality polish which applies evenly and wears for well over a week so you know it's always a safe bet. The color is lovely, however I am removing a star because it is not the same as the color in the photos here. It's still a fun color, but I expect the nuance to be correct in the marketing. Rather than a light, buttery yellow, it is more of a light green-yellow. Maybe a light chartreuse.
