It is darker than the picture. I was looking for a cobalt blue or more electric blue. Regardless it is still a beautiful color, dries somewhat quickly. U need two thin or 1 thick layer and then a clear topping for shine ofc. #mesmerized blue

A high quality, chartreuse polish

Essie is a high-quality polish which applies evenly and wears for well over a week so you know it's always a safe bet. The color is lovely, however I am removing a star because it is not the same as the color in the photos here. It's still a fun color, but I expect the nuance to be correct in the marketing. Rather than a light, buttery yellow, it is more of a light green-yellow. Maybe a light chartreuse.

Amazing Coverage

I used this nail polish for the first time three days ago and I couldn't be happier with the result! For years I have had acrylic nails and have recently stopped because I don't have time to go and get them done with my new baby, so I decided to invest in some new nail polish and boy am I glad I did!I used the JINsoon Power Coat Strengthening Base Coat, followed by 2 coats of the Essie Light Lilac, then the JINsoon Top Gloss Quick Dry Top Coat, and finished off with the Essie Quick-e Drying Drops Nail Polish Treatment and my nail look AMAZING! No base coat needed, though I required 3 coats & a great tip is to prepare the nail bed by filing and buffing nails, trimming the cuticles and apply 2 thin coats and float the final coat to ensure no streaks, then seal with Essie Gel Couture top coat. Gorgeous colour

Lady Like is a beautiful elegant mauve pinky brown colour, a dusty pink. Goes on very well with no streaks. Easy to apply and great brush. The colour has a nice shine and can be subtle with one coat or deeper with two or three coats. Lasts well too, especially if use the Essie Speed Setter.

Salon quality long lasting polish.

Was recommended to try this brand instead of paying 45.00 euros to get my nails done in salon for a citybreak at beginning of month 17 March. I have never managed to get more than 4 days before varnish chips or flakes. I put two coats of polish on,,,, it really goes on brilliant then the essie top coat. To date, the varnish is now on my nails 14 days and its only in the last two days the its starting to wear off on tips of nails, no chips / flakes have occured and I actually have nail bed growth. Nails feel very strong also. A great purchase, will be looking to buy other colours in this brand.

Shade Vanity Fairest - 9

I love this colour as it is a subtle light pink and the shimmer is so pretty. You only need two coats to really elevate your nails. Perfect for daily wear. I do wish it dried faster though.

Topless & barefoot - more pink than beige

The colour of Topless & Barefoot is not the same as it shows on the website at all. On the website is a chalky beige that's definitely got brown undertones, but it's actually a pinky colour which is not what I wanted at all.It needs three coats for full coverage, and chipped in under 24 hours which is really disappointing. It would look nice on darker skins but on my pale skin it's the same tone as my skin and I'm not keen. The website colour is really misleading.You can see from the pics it's totally different.
