It takes a bit too long to heat. One of the pans has a slight defect in its surface, There is a small, circular dent. It does not have any effect on the quality of cooking, but I notice it and wonder why something that cost so much has this defect. The non-stick surface is superb. I think if I want, I can do away with using oil a lot of the time.
