Essteele per Domani 28cm Deep Covered Skillet

Loving this pan...the non-stick qualities are superior to others I have used as well as being PFOA, lead, cadmium & nickel free. The heat distribution is excellent. A bonus that the whole pan can transfer to the oven as well as induction cooktop.Temple & Webster had a sale on Essteele so the price was competitive and, as usual with T&W, the purchase and delivery was a very efficient process.Thanks for a great product Essteele & service T&W

Best Buy Ever.. Love it !!

This is a pleasure to cook with. I bought this 28cm skillet as I had already purchased a 20cm one a few months earlier. I initially purchased the small one to see how it would perform. The Result... 10/10.From the first time I used it I loved everything about it. Great quality and cooks all my foods to perfection. Because of the high quality I can turn the stove top off early leaving the pan on and it continues to cook the foods. Reducing my utility bill.Easy clean up.I have thrown away all my other lesser quality pans.Highly recommend this product and brand.Love it !!

Essteele Per Domani Pan

I have a larger pan in this brand & needed something smaller. This is fantastic. Non stick, great size for smaller meals. I would actually like a 2nd one. Essteele for the win.

Failed Coating on the 32cm deep pan with lid

I am a single dad who purchased this pan about 18 months ago expecting it to be a lifetime item. I love it and use it most days. Unfortunately the coating has given way. It has peeled off in small areas in a segment of the pan. I never use steel implements only plastic or wood. I don't use harsh chemicals or scouring and look after my pans. It has never been in the oven and is used over gas flame only. I use it for risotto, chicken, meats and rice dishes. I was so disappointed when I noticed the coating coming away.

Fantastic Quality and Very Easy to Clean

I bought this skillet approximately 3 weeks ago. I have a lot of Essteele products and once again this doesn't disappoint. It is a great size for 3-4 people and deep enough to bake shakshouka in. I love the fact it is also made in Italy as well as being metal utensil safe. It is so easy to clean and although it is dishwasher safe I am still old school and wash by hand. Highly recommend this item as I use it on an induction cooktop, however it is suitable for all types of cooktops as well as being able to be used in the oven. It also features a great warranty. If I didn't have the Esteele stainless steel range of saucepans would have no hesitation in purchasing the matching saucepan set.

Has great perks but...

I'm a little bit disappointed that the pan has already ended up with scratches even though I used a wooden spoon and was as careful as possible to try and avoid this. It was my first time using this pan as well, but other than the fact that it got scratched so quickly already, it works great and so easy to clean. I really, REALLY love that it comes with a lid as well. I think all pans should honestly because it's so much more versatile that way.

Multipurpose skillet that did not disappoint

The first Esteele item that we bought and it did not disappoint! Decided to invest on a good skillet because we have gone through many cookware before that did not last. Bought the domani range because we’re currently using gas cooktop and will be switching to induction cooktop in the near future. We also wanted the convenience of being able to put this skillet in the dishwasher and in the oven. Material looks sturdy and high quality. Cooking just got a whole lot more enjoyable and easier.

Perfect size and great for everyday cooking

Can’t fault this range as easiest cooking I’ve ever had with other brands. I owned more than 10 pieces of Essteele product since 2020 and this has to be the best range. 24cm is the perfect size I wouldn’t go for 28cm but this is only my preference.

The first pans I've had that actually last.

3 years after purchase this pan is still nearly as good as the day we bought it.There is some slight discolouration on it (it is our most violently treated pan), but performance is still great and there is no distortion.Compared to every other pan we've owned in the last 35 years, nothing even comes close.To be fair, none of our five pans have EVER once been cleaned in a dishwasher, but that's largely because they only ever need a quick rub with a wet piece of kitchen paper and a hot soapy rinse.They've also only ever been used on our 3 year old induction cooktop - make of that what you will ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Warning for induction cooktops

We purchased all new Per Domani cookware to go with our new Miele induction cooktop. None of the cookware will work on the larger element. We had a Miele technician to check the cooktop. They confirmed the cookware does not have enough metal to work on the element. Very disappointed considering it is advertised as specific for induction cooktops.
