It does what it needs to. I haven't use it long enough to comment but so far it's really good. I bought it because my other non stick wok's coating came off. So waiting to use it more to see whether coating will be easily damaged.
This unit just replaced my previous Wok unit, and so far I'm very happy with its performance. There's a light weightiness about it that's handy especially when fully loaded.
I absolutely love this! It is high quality wok with consistent heat distribution and lasting nonstick surface.Most importantly easy to clean after heavy cooking.
Loved the look, but not compatible with my induction cooktop. Magnet did not stick in the centre of the wok. For induction to work and for even heat distribution the magnet needs to stick to the entire surface of the base of the wok. I returned and didn't get a chance to use.
It’s a perfect stir frying pan for cooking, especially Asian food. It’s also lighter than the same size pans from other brands. I bought it when it was 50% off. What a great bargain!
I can’t believe how great this cookware is. Nothing sticks, easy to clean and so versatile. Gradually I’ve been buying the complete set in this range!
bought this wok a few weeks ago and had been using this since. another great product by Essteele. the only slight issue I have is the wok could get slippery on the stove, it would move easily while cooking and need to be very careful and I always have to hold the handle while stirring.
