I was sceptical about pressure cookers, because I didn't grow up using one, but this has blown my mind! It's super easy to use, and as long as you make sure there is enough liquid inside, the pressure will do the rest. I made a delicious ossobuco in about 30 mins, just with ingredients I had laying around. Super moist and tender, the meat feel off the bone. Would def recommended!

Purchased Essteele item 5th in a row. I must admit the modern look of this pressure cooker which is easy to use. Fast cooking with so much of flavour and colour. Would definitely recommend.

Must admit I was intimidated by the modern look of this pressure cooker, but it is so easy to use. I read the instruction booklet beforehand, which is full of great information. A classic french beef stew took only 40 minutes to cook, locking in so much flavour and colour. Simply delicious.
