No more changing pots/pans every few years, as these guys are made to last. Heats real good on an induction cooktop. Good range of pot sizes, and you don't have to buy a 10 piece set to get a >5L pot, like you do with almost all other brands sets. I just don't want 10 bloody pots. It's too many. This is seriously all you need (+ maybe a stock pot but they are never in sets anyway), one >5L for pasta and soups, one medium size for literally everything else, and a small pot for small portions. The 26cm skillet is a nice touch, but I guess it really depends on what you already have.My only gripe is that the small pot does not come with a lid, but this is not really an issue.Bonus is they are reasonable stackable as well, unlike most pots. It's also worth noting ... MoreNo more changing pots/pans every few years, as these guys are made to last. The pots are great. They are on the heavy side, but not a problem. To my surprise the handles haven't been too hot to handle with the range of things I have cooked in the last month. They are warm, but I never needed pot holders.I didn't realise that the small pot doesn't come with a lid and am surprised how often I wish I had one.Water accumulates in the handles (as they have a hole) in the dishwasher. Careful positioning in the dishwasher and removal is best to avoid getting water splattered around when removing them from the dishwasher.I have only used the frypan twice and wish it wasn't cluttering up my cupboard. My cleaner cleaned it after the first use and I don't know if they 'ruined' the base by using the abrasive side of a sponge or if this is just the way the frypan is. The steaks that I seared the next time (with oil) left such bad marks that I gave up on using it. Cooking vinegar water etc hasn't removed all the stains. I feel the frypan is not worth owning any longer and am frustrated with myself of not predicting that the cleaner would touch it. However, I feel a stainless steel based frypan should be durable enough for a cleaner or guest to use without ruining it. I bought the Per Domani 20cm Open French Skillet at the same time and can't recommend that range highly enough.

Though we were getting a good deal, $800 pans down to $300 turns out they are that cheap for a reason. Everything sticks, oil is useless. Wrote to complain got told they are not ‘non stick’. So if you feel like scrubbing pots after every single use go ahead. Absolutely terrible.

Great quality cookware. I've enjoyed using my cook set so far. It cooks food quickly and I love the lids have no hole so its almost like pressure cooker. Cooks so much quicker and also heavy copper base. I was surprised how heavy the pots are but I love them. I didn't think I'd use the smallest milk pot but I actually use it everyday. Totally worth the money as I'm sure they will last a long time.
Pros:-Feel excellent quality. They are strudy and well made and do an excellent job cooking evenly.-Useable on gas, electric and induction cooktops so they are good for anyone looking for a long lasting cookware set-Lifetime warranty is an excellent bonus, but it seems conditional on you caring and using your products properly. They do provide detailed care instructions, so there is no reason why you can't do this.Cons:-Very heavy. I am a reasonably strong person, but even the empty pan is surprisingly heavy. The largest pot is almost too difficult to lift when full. If you have difficulties lifting heavy things, then I would not recommend this set.Overall, they look and feel like great quality. I have really enjoyed cooking with them, and I expect these ... MorePros:-Feel excellent quality. These are great! For those saying that they stick are not using them correctly. Get that pan hot!!Do your research on cooking with stainless before using them. They are wonderful!!The sides don't reach the same temperature as the copper is only on the bottom, but I bought on special and cannot fault with what I paid for them at $399.00. Sure a baccaratt set would get me more pots at a cheaper cost but you pay for the copper bottom and it's worth it! Very even heat, and very fast too compared to full stainless.
This is a great starter set. Obviously, if you're a newbie to cooking, nonstick is the way to go and these might not be for you. But this is a great set - and will last forever. My mum got a version of the stockpot in this set 35 years ago and it still looks good as new.I love the added details - the handles are not completely solid so to help limit the weight, but there is no way for water to get in. Each piece is a good weight, can be used on any hob or in the oven, and is good value. I got it on sale, so its even better value!
After using my 14cm pot only once it showed holes and rust marks in the base of the pot. I took this back the store I puchased it from and they replaced it for me. When I used it again the pot did the same thing. I then tried the other pots and two others did it. I took the entire set back to the store and they replaced it for me, but the replacement set did the same thing. I had used the 14cm pot to boil water. I will be returning the entire set. I am so disappointed as all reviews I have read are how good the brand is and as a keen cook I was really looking forward to owning a set myself.
I am so disappointed in my esteele copper based saucepans which we had chosen and included in our David jones wedding registry. They look so beautiful n the store and in the box but unfortunately after little use the copper base is stained and impossible to clean and the shiny stainless steel outer is no more because of water like stains. No matter how you wash and dry they are still patchy. I contacted Meyer customer service and they sent me polish which I already had and then I returned them to David jones for the rep to examine and she too said to use polish. I have cheaper stainless steel saucepans that I never have to work so hard to keep shiny. In short I am extremely disappointed in these saucepans and also the customer service response
This saucepan set by is brilliant. I previously has a saucepan set by Essteele and had always been very happy with them. However after 30 years I thought it was time for an update and at the sale price that Myer offered it was a great buy. These saucepans are heavier than my previous Essteele ones, but being made a high quality stainless steel, that is to be expected. The food cooks quickly and very evenly and the saucepans are easy to wash. They are supposed to be able to be put in the dishwasher, but I am a bit old fashioned and am happy to wash them by hand and they have come up looking very bright and shiny every time. For those into cooking, I would thoroughly recommend them. Whilst expensive at a non sale price, these saucepans will last a lifetime of cooking ... MoreThis saucepan set by is brilliant.
